Caravan Description

This luxury, two bedroom caravan on Perran Sands Holiday Park, is double glazed and gas central heated, with each radiator having a separate heating control.

We include many extras in the hire of our caravan, such as a coffee maker, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, Bluetooth speaker and picnic tables.

One of the very good features of our caravan is the unusual separate lounge area, which affords privacy, especially if the lounge sofa bed is to be used. There is a door separating the lounge and kitchen diner with two feature glazed picture windows giving lots of light from the lounge area into the dining area. A further door in the dining area separates this area from the bedrooms and bathroom areas.

There is also a washroom toilet off the main bedroom.

Situated on Haven’s Perran Sands Holiday Park, our caravan for hire is located on Pentreath View. It sits on a large corner plot near the sand dunes and within a couple of minutes' walk from the cliff top with stunning views out across the sea. It is also just a couple of minutes' walk from all the main site facilities, yet far enough away to avoid any noise. There is direct access to the beach and at low tide this beach connects to the fabulous Perranporth beach.

Features include:

. A separate lounge with a sofa bed, patio sliding door, built-in comfortable furniture, an electric glow fire, a TV and a large Bluetooth standing speaker.

Fully fitted kitchen diner with full size gas cooker, integrated microwave including grill, integrated full size fridge/freezer, a larder cupboard and free standing dining table and chairs.

. Master bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables with lamps, soft lighting, a dressing table with stool, TV, walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite washroom/toilet.

. Second bedroom is a good size for a static caravan and provides twin beds, bedside lighting, a wardrobe and shelving.

Family bathroom with a double shower with power shower, modern sink, toilet, shelving and cupboards. The gas boiler is located in the bathroom.

There is a picnic tables for your use outside. This is a corner site and it is possible to park up two cars by the caravan.

Dogs are welcome with an extra charge of £30 but please tell me a bit about your pet.

Prices include bedding provided and beds made up.

The park rules state that all male or female parties or parties under the age of 25 are not permitted

Haven passes can be obtained via Haven once I have booked you in you will receive an email from them so you can book your passes and also some activities. Bookings are usually 12 weeks before your holiday.
