Caravan Description
This caravan is one of the bigger caravans being 12ft wide and 38ft long, with its own varanda.
This is a 8 berth caravan with 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin bedded rooms). All if the bedrooms are spacious and have fitted wardrobes, mirrors and a power point. Each room also has its own electric heater.
The caravan is bright, spacious and modern with a fully fitted kithen, which is well equipped with gas cooker, full standing fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, various cooking utensils, an iron and ironing board, dinner service and cutlery.
We have a beautifully furnished lounge with separate dining area, with gas fire, colour TV, DVD player, radio/CD player and Freeview.
Duvets and pillows are provided; all you will need to bring are duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
This caravan is for the use of families and couples only.
Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed.
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking as an additional cost. This will be refunded in seven working days of departure, as soon as the caravan has been inspected.
The deposit is to be paid within one week of your booking or the caravan will be re-let.
Full payment of the holiday should be made four weeks prior to the booking date.
The site opens from March 16th through to the end of October.
Bookings are now being taken for 2015.

About the Area
Our caravan is situated in the Golden Palm Resort which has something for everyone. The park is easy to get around as there are no hills or steep gradients.This is a holiday that the weather can't spoil as Golden Palm Resort caters for everyone and whatever the weather.
On site there is a indoor heated swimming pool with hair raising water slides for all the family and a dedicated childrens activity area with water fountains and a splash pool for the little ones.
Enjoy fabulous family entertainment in the Club Tropicana which has a seperate family area with an indoor play centre and entertainment for the children and adults.
Great Golden Palm arcade where you will find the latest video technology and a seperate all cash area for over 18's as well as prize bingo.
There are plenty of chioces for take-away food in the shopping complex, including Fish and Chips, Chinese Take Away, Kebabs and Pizzas etc.
The sandy beach is very close by, just a few minutes walk from the caravan. The beach also has a promenade where you can walk in both directions either along the coast to Chapel St Leonards Village in one direction, or along the coast to Ingoldmells or further on to Skegness.
Also on site there is a children's adventure park, Maid Marian family pub, shopping complex, launderette and crazy golf.
The Golden Palm Resort is situated about five minutes drive from Fantasy Island, with a huge outdoor market and fun fair. There are plenty of arcades, family pubs, shops and take aways. You can also spend the day at Butlins with a day pass which is a five minute drive and skegness is a fifteen minute drive. This really is a excellent location and a holiday not to be missed.
