Caravan Description

Available for rent is our lovely 3 bedroom 'Bunshine' caravan which can sleep 6-8 people.

It has been newly updated and refurbished throughout to give you that 'home from home' feel.

We are also able to offer prices including Ferry travel to the Isle of Wight (Wightlink or Red Funnel) at reduced rates, please contact us for details.

The caravan is fully equipped with everything you should need to make your stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. All the renovation and decoration has been done by ourselves so we'll think you'll find that it quite unique and charming, and also presented to a very high standard.

Our bedding is hypo-allergenic, and we also provide eco-friendly products to protect our local environment. We encourage recycling of waste.

The accommodation comprises of:

Lovely spacious lounge with new furnishings, curtains and carpets, Freeview LED TV with integrated DVD and USB.

A gas fire and a selection of DVDs, games and books. There's also a pull-out double bed (sleeps 2).
Fully equipped kitchen with all brand new utensils and crockery, a microwave, tea towels etc., plus new flooring and a spacious dining area with rustic style seating.

Two twin single bedrooms (sleeping 4), both with wardrobe, drawer storage and electric heaters, and newly decorated with new carpets and curtains. They also have unique handmade features such as mirrors and shelving. Bedding is provided.

Lovely bright double bedroom (sleeps 2) with electric heater, wardrobe, storage and a built-in dressing table with drawer storage, new carpets and curtains and a unique handmade headboard and rustic style mirror. Bedding is provided.

Modern, clean, newly decorated bathroom with brand new sink and new flooring, handmade wooden rails, with towels and hand soap provided.

Clean, modern, separate WC, newly decorated with brand new toilet and corner sink, new flooring, with a hand towel and hand soap provided.

Outside there is grassed private parking, a seating and table area to the front of the caravan and a picnic bench to the side. The handmade planters and bench give it a natural, beachy feel. There's also an outside light.

Additional Information

All gas, water and electric services are included in the rental price.

A supply of tea, coffee and sugar is provided for your convenience to get you started.

Also provided is a hairdryer, hot water bottles, blankets, iron and ironing board, hoover, clothes airer and outside washing line with pegs.

For health and safety reasons, there is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a First Aid box.

Bathroom towels are also provided, but guests DO need to bring their own beach towels.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE OPERATE A NO SMOKING POLICY IN OUR CARAVAN.

We offer weekly, weekend and mid-week breaks.

Due to the quiet, relaxed nature of the holiday park, we are unable to accept bookings for Stag or Hen parties.

Check-in on day of arrival... 4pm / / Check-out on day of departure... 10am.

Please see our price list for weekly bookings, but we also offer weekend (Friday to Monday) and Midweek bookings (Monday to Friday).

Please note payment is required in full at time of booking including £100 damage deposit.

Deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of your departure date subject to the caravan being left in the clean, tidy condition you found it.

Please note although or caravan is not wheelchair friendly (steps up and narrow door ways) for any disabled customers, please let us know your requirements and we will certainly do our best to assist you.
