This is a luxury 2 bedroom static caravan (14ft x 42ft), situated on the eastern edge of the park (Cedars).
It offers stunning 180 degree panoramic sea views.
The caravan is equipped to a very high standard and benefits from an extremely spacious lounge with double doors opening out on to a large gated veranda (which has its own lighting), equipped with a glass table and chairs to take in the uninterrupted magnificent views.
It is double glazed and centrally heated with radiators in every room. This means you can holiday all seasons in warmth and comfort.
The caravan sleeps 4, plus a travel cot if requested (in lounge). Fresh linen will be provided and all relevant beds made prior to your arrival. You will also have a towel pack consisting of bath towel and hand towel per guest.
We personally clean our caravan before your arrival to make sure that everything is in order for the start of your holiday.
The accommodation comprises:
A spacious lounge with vaulted ceilings, contemporary storage features, free-standing plush three piece suite, nest of tables, pouffe, large glass coffee table, 40" flat screen TV, DVD player and a large selection of DVDs and children’s games should the weather be unkind. French doors lead onto the large gated veranda, from which there are fantastic 180 degree sea views.
This modern luxury kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, gas oven with separate grill, 4 burner gas hob with extractor fan which rises from the worktop, integrated fridge and freezer, built-in combination microwave, coffee maker, extra storage and counter space. There's also a dining table with four chairs. A high chair/booster seat can be supplied upon request at time of booking.
It also has the added luxury of two Velux windows which allows lots of natural light into the kitchen area. These can be opened for more ventilation and also include fitted blinds. There is also a large patio door (both sides open) which leads out onto the gated veranda.
The kitchen diner can be shut off from the hallway and bedrooms.
We have a luxury king size bed, designer winged upholstered headboard, with overhead reading lights, blackout curtains, a 32 inch flat screen TV hidden in a riser system, plenty of storage and a walk in wardrobe. Travel cot can be supplied upon request at time of booking.
We have a full en-suite to the master bedroom, with a luxury shower fitted over a full size bath, toilet and wash basin. A large mirror above the basin which includes lots of cupboard space.
We have the luxury of full size twin beds, bedside table, overhead reading lights, a dressing table, flat screen TV, wardrobe, over bed cupboards and blackout curtains.
The bathroom has a luxury walk in shower, wash basin and a dual flush toilet

A complimentary tea, coffee and milk pack and toilet roll will be provided for your arrival.
Gas and electricity are included in the cost of your holiday.
A travel cot, high chair or booster seat can be provided if requested at time of booking free of charge
Fun works Passes
The fun work passes are not included in the cost of your holiday, but can be purchased at Haven reception. These are required to enter the main complex.
Bookings & Conditions
A £100 deposit (per week) is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
If this payment is not made the booking will become void.
Holidays booked less than 6 weeks in advance will require the full payment.
Should the caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of money received will be given.
