Caravan Description
New for 2017 is our double glazed and centrally heated, Swift Bordeaux Exclusive with wraparound decking, sited in the Hawkes View area on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in Devon. Lets are available Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday and Friday to Friday.
The caravan has three bedrooms and sleeps eight. It has a double bedroom with under-bed storage and an en-suite toilet with wash basin, along with two twin bedrooms. Duvets and pillows are provided for all rooms.
The spacious bathroom has a toilet, wash basin, storage and roomy shower.
The kitchen is of a modern design and fully equipped with an in-built fridge and freezer, a four ring gas cooker, oven and grill, a microwave, toaster and kettle, along with pots, pans, crockery, glassware, cutlery and hoover. There is also a free-standing, wood finished dining table and chairs.
In the lounge is an entertainment unit with TV and in-built DVD player, two free-standing settees, two pouffes and a coffee table, along with a contemporary electric fire. Double doors open onto the decking area, where there is sight of the sea. There is also a small patio area.
Two parking spaces to front of caravan.
Although the site facilities are just a short walk away, the pitch is spacious and on a peaceful part of the park.

About the Area
Hawkes View caravans have spacious flat plots, is a quiet cul-de-sac with a glimpse of the sea from the veranda.Devon Cliffs Holiday Park slopes down to a sandy beach, where you can learn to paddle board or sea kayak or visit the South Beach Café with a terrace overlooking the sandy beach and a menu offering dishes especially found in the region.
Within the complex there is also a Mash and Barrel restaurant, Bugsy’s, Burger King, a fish and chip take away, Papa John’s Pizza, Starbucks and Millie’s Cookies.
There is also a refurbished show bar and a pool complex with large indoor pool, two heated outdoor pools, multi-lane waterslides and a flume. Water sports are available on the beach and there’s also the shoreline Segway experience, an aerial adventure course, a climbing wall, kids’ club, adventure golf, sports courts, mini ten pin bowling and shows with star acts.
There is a gift shop on site too, as well as a hire shop, launderette and convenience store.
Devon Cliffs is a short distance from Exmouth town centre and seafront; a regular bus service runs from the Park.
Just outside the Park there is a country themed park (World of Country Life), which has a soft play area, pirate ship, bouncy castle, indoor slides, a farm, museum, historical exhibitions and a collection of steam engines.
Crealy Adventure Park, Digger Land, Quaywest Water Park, Woodlands Leisure Park and Bicton Gardens are all just a short drive away.
