Caravan Description
Our 3 bedroom holiday home is based in the Haven holiday village of Seton Sands.
It is fully double glazed and has gas central heating throughout ensuring that no matter what the weather you will always be warm and cosy inside.
We have a large lounge with a corner sofa and separate two seater sofa, ideal for watching the 32" flat screen TV with built in DVD player and Freeview channels. We also have a DAB digital radio/CD/iPod docking station.
The fully equipped kitchen has a full size gas cooker and 4 ring hob, full size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Tassimo coffee machine. You can also dine in style with our separate dining table with seating for 6.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has adequate storage space for all those holiday essentials.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table, and the two further bedroom each have twin beds, separate wardrobe and overhead storage.
We have a shower room with WC and wash hand basin, along with a separate WC with wash hand basin.
The outside decked and patio area has adequate space for relaxing at the patio table, which is complete with parasol for those who prefer a little shade. We also have a BBQ for your use.
For your enjoyment we have a small DVD collection, along with a selection of children's books and some games.
Our holiday home is available to rent for 3, 4 or 7 nights and we provide all bedding and towels, with beds made up for your arrival.

About the Area
Our holiday home is located near the new Golf Village on Seton Sands Holiday Village so is in a quieter area of the village, yet still only a 5 minute walk from all the facilities.Seton Sands Holiday Village has something for everyone. New for 2013 is the 9 hole golf course and club house. There's also a large children's adventure park which will keep the kids entertained, along with the archery area. A swimming pool with separate children's pool and activities are held regularly in the pool. Evening time is also catered for in the bars and you can watch acts such as previous X Factor contestants who regularly appear in the showbar. There is a large amusements arcade and also bingo in the evening. You can hire bikes and trikes and play crazy golf. The beautiful beach is just a stones throw from the front of the village. .
Outside the Holiday Village is a frequent bus service into the centre of Edinburgh so you don't need to worry about parking when you want to go exploring the sites.
For the keen golfers, once you have mastered the new 9 hole course in the village there are many other courses nearby.
