Now taking bookings for 2023 at Mutts Rest - 2015 model ABI Haywood 12ft wide x 36ft long, 6 berth, 2 bedrooms (one kingsize double-bedded room plus ensuite toilet, one twin bedded room with a pull out double bed in the lounge area plus family toilet and shower) caravan situated at White Acres Holiday Park, which is just outside Newquay in Cornwall.
Our caravan has a large decking area front and length of a side, where you will find patio furniture on which to sit and enjoy the holiday feeling of this 184 acre, award-winning site. With a locking gate at the end of the decking, with supervision children and pets can run about. There is also a large private parking area next to the caravan.
Mutts Rest consists of the main bedroom with a kingsize double bed plus flat screen tv and a twin bedded room, plus a pull-out double bed in the lounge area.
The caravan has full central heating plus a elective fire in the lounge - all gas and electricity is included. but NOT car charging as the site does NOT allow car charging from the holiday unit
The kitchen has all essential equipment, including a microwave, fridge with freezer, full gas cooker, hand mixer, blender, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and pet hoover.
In the lounge you have a 32" flat screen, Freeview TV, CD/DVD player, mp3 docking station and radio.
The caravan also a shower room with a basin and toilet. plus an ensuite toilet in the main bedroom

White Acres Country Park offers activities and live entertainment every day for the whole familuy, and is set amidst surrounding countryside and beaches, which are perfect for walking with your dogs or for your children to run free.Our cavavan is sited in a private area of the park, with entry through a private number barrier, yet is still close to the main amenities, including a heated indoor swimming pool with toddler pool, gym and solarium (small charge), a bar restaurant, children's club with entertainment and a soft play area that visits once a week with live evening entertainment.
Also on site is a takeaway that opens from 5pm until late, and a shop that opens daily for all your essentials.
There are 13 top class coarse fishing lakes nearby for pleasure or the keen angler, where you can catch anything from small silvers to 40lb plus in one of the three specimen lakes, with matches most days and a fully stocked tackle shop where you can buy your fishing tickets.
