We have a 4 bedroom, 10 berth caravan to let on Coastfields Holiday Village in Skegness, with one double bedroom and three twin bedded rooms, plus a pull-out bed in the lounge if required.
The caravan benefits from double glazing and gas fired central heating and is very clean and tidy throughout.
The large lounge area includes a gas fire and a LCD TV with built in DVD player. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a gas oven and hob, microwave, smoke alarm and fire extinguisher.
The caravan has a shower room with wash basin and toilet, plus a separate toilet with wash basin.
Outside there is a small balcony and a hard car parking space to the side of the caravan.

Facilities on Coastfields Holiday Village include an amusement arcade, two bars, one club house, a Londis shop, café, Chinese take away, launderette, heated swimming pool, and local shows every night, plus cash bingo day and night.It is just a 2 minute walk from the shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes, arcades and fish and chip shops, and only 10 minutes walk from Fantasy Island and Eastgate market. Of it you prefer not to walk, there is a free train that runs daily from the site to the market.
