Caravan Description

We have a lovely 28 x 10 Atlas Oasis caravan at one of Haven's best sites in the UK.
The caravan sleeps 6, with heating throughout, and is just a 5 to 10 minute walk from the main complex, and a 10 to 15 minute walk from South Beach cafe and beach.

Accommodation

The caravan has 2 bedrooms; the main room having a double bed and the twin room having two single beds. There is a double sofa bed in lounge area. Bed linen is provided for all beds.

There is a gas heater in the living room, a wall-mounted panel heater in the double bedroom and a free-standing panel heater in the twin bedroom.

Also in the lounge there is a 19" wide screen, LCD TV and DVD player.

The kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, steamer, cooker, hob, kettle and fridge/freezer, plus all necessary cutlery, crockery and utensils and Iron.
Within the bathroom there is a thermostatic shower, toilet and basin.

We do 3, 4 & 7 night breaks, so please enquire for a price.

Bookings & Payment

We ask for a £50 deposit on top of price given, which is refunded following satisfory checks of the caravan and once the key is returned to us. We do this to cover any loss or damage that may have occurred and to ensure key is returned in the time given.

My cleaner will also leave a card with her contact details so if you are unhappy with how clean the caravan is upon arrival you can contact her directly. Please note that if you are unhappy with the cleanliness and you do not contact her whilst on holiday, no refunds will be given.

Your deposit is either paid back through PayPal or by cheque, depending upon how payment was made by you.

Your deposit can also hold your date giving you extra time to pay the full balance, which is due 6 weeks before your holiday.

Receipts and confirmation will be sent.

Cancellation

If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us immediately and notify in writing or email within 5 days. In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply:

56 days before or more - Full refund & deposit

55-42 days - Full refund + 50% of the deposit

41-29 days - Full refund less 100% of deposit

28 days or less - No refunds of full holiday cost or deposit unless we can find a replacement at same cost. Deposit is still non-refundable. If we can find a replacement at a reduced price the difference will be deducted from the price you paid for your holiday.

If we cancel for any reason you will be notified immediately and a full refund of holiday and deposit will be made.
