Caravan Description
Our luxury caravan, an Atlas Oakwood Super, is available for hire this year for the following:
3 night weekends - Friday to Monday
4 night midweek - Monday to Friday
7 nights from either a Monday or a Friday

Prices are given for 4 and 3 night breaks, but if you require a longer break a discount will be available - please enquire.
The caravan 39 ft long and 12 ft wide, it has 2 shower rooms and is fully double glazed, well insulated and has domestic gas central heating.
The contemporary style lounge is very spacious. and has a beautiful modern fireplace with electric fire, a fan that blows hot or cold air depending on the season, a radiator, (you won't feel cold in this caravan!) plus lots of comfortable seating (with pull out bed) and plenty of storage cupboards.
Also in the lounge are a 32in LED TV with freeview, Freesat satellite, a DVD player with selection of DVDs, an IPOD docking station/CD player/FM radio. Plus a Nintendo wii & games, including guitar hero complete with guitar & microphones, (you could practice for 'Haven's got Talent'!) plus there are several other wii games and accessories suitable for a great family evening in.
Please keep the noise to a reasonable level though - there may be small children sleeping in the next caravan. We have a few board games for quieter family fun :-)
The free standing dining table and 6 chairs sit in their own area of the lounge, within a large and sunny bay window. A toddler boaster seat is available to strap onto one of the chairs, so your little one isn't left out. At breakfast time you can watch the ponies being led up to the stables, ready for their days work at the riding stables
The kitchen in this caravan is fabulous. It has a breakfast bar with stools, integrated hob, separate built in oven, grill, microwave and fridge and freezer. The kitchen has all the usual kitchen equipment plus a wine rack, Panini press, slow cooker a Tassimo coffee maker (take your own pods as they are not sold on site) and an airfryer (fantastic chips!)
The master bedroom has wardrobes, dressing table with hairdryer, cupboards and an en-suite shower/wc room. This shower has a very deep tray with a plug making it suitable for bathing small children.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds that can push together to make a double and bedroom 3 has 1 single bed plus a child's bunk bed and ladder . Both of these rooms have wardrobes and other storage facilities.
There is also a family WC / shower room, with contemporary, round shower cubicle. Both showers are extremely powerful!. All rooms have radiators.
Outside the caravan we have a veranda (with gate) with bistro table and chairs set plus an easy access ramp. We have a private parking space directly at the bottom of the ramp and a grassed area with wooden table and chairs with sun umbrella.
The caravan is sited on West Lawn, a very peaceful area of the park and an easy 3 minute walk to the centre. Nights are very dark in this part of Northumberland, with very low levels of light pollution. Consequently, the stars in the sky are incredibly bright - lovely for sitting outside with a glass of wine on a warm night.
Lying in bed the only noises you can hear are the 'twit twoos' of the local owls calling to each other. Along with an occasional 'neigh' from a pony in the neighbouring field.

We provide duvets, pillows and mattress protectors, but you will need to bring your own sheets and quilt covers as well as towels and tea towels.
Entertainments passes are NOT included in the price, but can be purchased from reception on arrival.
Smoking in the caravan is NOT allowed, nor are pets.
Check in is 3pm.
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. A £50 damages deposit is also required, this is returnable within 7 days of departure after the caravan has been checked.
Full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
We reserve the right to re-hire the caravan if full payment is not made, and the deposit will be lost.

About the Area
Haggerston Castle is a lively, fun filled park. packed with sport and leisure facilities. However, there are plenty of nature walks (including one to the beach) for when you feel like a quieter day.The park is located just off the A1, just south of Berwick on Tweed and the Scottish borders. The beautiful Northumberland coast is so easy to explore from the park . Some highlights for me are The Holy island of Lindisfarne (check the tide timetable or you could be stranded there!) Bamburgh Castle , and the harbour town of Seahouses . Information on places of interest can be found in the caravan, as well as from the park reception.
