Caravan Description

Our double glazed centrally heated Atlas Concept is located on Juniper Close 7X, which is a 5 minute walk from the site centre and the beach.

The caravan has modern decor and enjoys sea views from the patio doors and the large veranda.

It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a king size bed, and a further bedroom with twin single beds that can be pushed together to make a double if required.

The unit also benefits from a main shower room with a second toilet and wash hand basin. The caravan has full radiator central heating, double glazing throughout and an electric fire and in full comprises of :-

Kitchen: The kitchen is fitted with a full oven/grill, 5 ring gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, automatic washing machine, a variety of storage drawers and cupboards, and a selection of saucepans, cutlery and crockery and an iron and ironing board.

Dining Area: A raised dining area is opposite the kitchen, with a round table and four comfortable leather chairs, enclosed by a glass balustrade.
Lounge: The spacious carpeted luxury lounge area has patio doors overlooking a sea view and is located at the front of the unit. It is furnished with free standing 2 and 3 seater settees, a flat screen TV and DVD player (complete with a selection of books and DVDs) various storage cupboards and an electric fire.

Master Bedroom: To the rear of the caravan is the master bedroom which benefits from a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom that comprises of a wash hand basin, toilet and bath with screened shower over. There is also a small TV with remote control built-in, stored in the double wardrobe and a shaving point.

Second Bedroom: This room has twin beds, a dressing table, mirror and wardrobe.

Main Shower Room: The Main shower room is fitted with a full sized round shower cubicle, toilet, wash hand basin and under sink storage.

Gas, electricity and water are all included in the price.

A complete linen service is offered; all necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied ready for your arrival when you book this 40ft x 12ft luxury caravan.

Devon Cliffs Funworks Passes are not included in our prices, but we can arrange to have these ready for your collection. These are required to enter the main entertainment complex.

Bookings & Conditions

The caravan is available from 2:30 pm and we ask that you vacate by 11am on the morning of your departure.

You can reserve your booking with a 20% non-returnable deposit. The balance must be received not less than 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday. If we do not receive it by then, your booking will be void.

Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require the full payment.

All payments will need to be cleared before the booking can be accepted.

We will hand over the caravan to you in a first class condition, please ensure it is the same before leaving.

Should the caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of money received will be given.

You must agree to pay for any damage caused to the caravan or its contents including loss caused by yourself or any member of your party. This does not include failure due to normal use.
