Our 2012 luxury Serenity Swift caravan is graded to Platinum standard (top of the range). The caravan is situated on a sought after location on the Milkfield area of the 5* park at Haggerston Castle.
It boasts great views especially from the master bedroom window which is not overlooked with it being to the end of a cul-de-sac, also making it a quieter and more private position with no through traffic, therefore great for families. It is approximately a 10 minute stroll away from main complex and facilities.
The caravan benefits from double glazing and central heating throughout making breaks during the winter months even warmer and more comfortable. The caravan comfortably sleeps 8, consisting of a double and two twin bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge area.
The Serenity is an excellent fully furnished holiday home with wrap around veranda to sit out and soak up the British sun. The stylish lounge with plenty windows has a light airy feel and offers comfort and cosy living helping you to enjoy the superb 'home from home' comfort.
The well planned modern kitchen with cooker, stainless steel sink, microwave, fridge freezer, and ample storage make this caravan a firm favourite. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessities for you to enjoy your break.
The Living area has a wall mounted flat screen TV with free view and DVD player. Books and dvds are available for you to use at your leisure.
The caravan is spacious with a unique central lounge design with wrap around seating area, leading onto the double bedroom with en-suite.
Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom, TV with free view and a lovely private view. The two twin bedrooms are at the opposite end of the caravan.
The dining area equipped with dining table and chairs also consists of a breakfast bar which overlooks the kitchen area, perfect for when you wish to dine in and enjoy a family meal together.
Family bathroom features a walk in shower, hand basin and toilet.
Private parking bay is situated close to the caravan.
Gas and electric are both included within price of your holiday, although holiday passes are NOT included but can be purchased upon your arrival from reception.
Beds will be made up on your arrival but you will need to bring your own towels and toiletries for hygiene reasons.
Anyone booking this caravan will be far from disappointed.
This is strictly a non-smoking holiday caravan and sorry but we do not allow pets either.
The main complex and entertainment are approximately a 10 minute walk and only 5 minutes from the Chinese buffet restaurant and alternative children's play area.
How to Book
We offer Monday to Friday (4 nights) or Friday to Monday (3 nights) breaks, or weekly breaks starting on either a Monday or Friday and on a Saturday wherever possible depending on bookings already taken. Longer breaks can be arranged please ask for availability and prices.
A £75 (non-refundable upon cancellation) deposit is required at the time of booking, which secures your dates. The remaining balance is then due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Please note the owner reserves the right to re-rent the caravan if payment is not received in full by this time unless other arrangements have been made.
A £75 refundable damages and cleaning bond will be added to the final balance, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked and found to be left clean and damage free. Missing items will be charged for.
All we ask is you appreciate our holiday home and treat it as your own therefore leaving it as you found it.
Any late deals or bookings taking place within a six week period will require payment in full at the time of booking.
