New in 2009, our surprisingly spacious Rio re-defined the standards of space utilisation and design of holiday homes by providing an extensive specification as standard, including a full gas central heating system with thermostatically controlled radiators throughout.
It has a 'L' shaped seating in modern, vibrant, colour co-ordinated upholstery that provides the perfect place to unwind and relax, whilst the fixed dinette provides a practical dining area adjacent to the kitchen.
The well appointed split galley kitchen has been designed to maximise the feeling of space and provides the perfect 'work triangle' between the cooker, sink and fridge space. The kitchen is fully equipped with four ring gas hob, full size oven and grill, microwave oven, toaster, slow cooker, kettle, pots, pans and crockery.
This two bedroom model features a generous main bedroom with en-suite WC and built-in triple wardrobe compartment. The theme carries through to the twin room, and family shower room which offer plenty of space and ample storage options.
Bed linen is provided - you just need to bring your towels.

About the Area
Ladram Bay Holiday Park is one of the largest privately owned holiday parks in the UK, voted by Hoseasons Holiday customers as ‘WINNER: Best Holiday Park in Britain’ in 2011. The park has its own private sand-washed pebble beach set in a secluded sheltered bay, which is perfect for all types of sea sports and activities. We think you will find it to be a great place. Our caravan is located very close to all the amenities on site, from the shop to the swimming pool and entertainment complex all within a few minutes walk.

The reception is set off to the right just after you have driven through the vehicle barrier at bottom of the hill, they will be able to offer you any advice that you need and you are able to pick up local tourist information leaflets there.
The on site shop is very well stocked with a full range of products. Opposite the shop is a takeaway that offers a great choice of meals from fish and chips to pizza if you don’t fancy cooking.
The park has its own on site launderette centrally located and equipped with washing machines, dryers, steam irons and ironing boards. All of the machines are coin operated.
The onsite entertainment is based around the Three Rocks Complex. Entertainment is plentiful every day of the week, with the Waves Bar and Nightspot, or the Pebbles Restaurant upstairs - on a nice day eating outside on the balcony is lovely with views of the coastline and the rocks. Talent & game shows, live cabaret & discos. Pool & Darts competitions and live BIG screen sports. Live bands, illusionists, magicians, comedians... plus their AMAZING in house Greencoat shows!!!.
Ozzie the Otter’s kids club caters for youngsters up to age 13 from Monday to Friday – although those aged under eight need parental supervision at all times – where they can take part in supervised activities. The club is based at the back of the Three Rocks complex and is called Ozzie’s Den.
Swimming pool - If a dip in the sea is not your cup of tea, the indoor heated pool is open daily and conveniently located next to the Three Rocks complex. It is the ideal place to go for a relaxing swim or play with the kids in complete safety. There you will find:
Large pool for older children and adults, Toddlers pool, Outdoor sunbathing area, Snack shack, Pool attendants.
If you're down at the Three Rocks, and the children want to come along, there's an abundance of attractions for them to keep themselves amused, leaving you safe in the knowledge that they're having plenty of fun whilst you relax!
The adventure playground is just one of these, and is situated at the side of the Three Rocks complex and in easy view of the first terraced area that overlooks the bay. The kids love this attraction as there are plenty of things to try out, that are a source of endless fun in the sun! These include:
Slides & swings, Climbing frames, Rope bridges & swings, Fantastic aerial runway slide, Nah Nah - the Pirate's Galleon, this is a firm favourite with all the youngsters, Agility course, climbing wall.
Located on the second floor of the Three Rocks, adjacent to the amusements arcade, is a children's indoor soft play area for children under 12. It's the ideal place for the kids to enjoy themselves and have loads of fun! The soft play area boasts steps, slides, ramps, bumps, lumps and bridges all leading the way to the hidden treasure. There is also an area for under 5's with shapes and puzzles. This play area has already been a big hit with our children and you'll be safe in the knowledge that your children can have all this fun in complete safety. Grown-ups can enjoy a coffee from Pebbles Bar next door and watch their little ones have hours of endless fun!
The private sand washed pebble beach is just a short stroll down a concrete slipway, it lies in a beautiful sheltered bay with 2 large sandstone stacks just below the low tide mark. Perfectly safe for swimming and water sports, you can also hire a kayak, rowing boat or a motor boat to do some coastal exploring either side of the bay. At the far end of the beach you will find some fabulous rock pools to investigate, a big hit with all the family and somewhere that our kids really enjoy! Conveniently located at the bottom of the slipway is a beach kiosk, here you can purchase, ice creams, hot and cold drinks and light snacks. You can also hire wind breaks, deck chairs, kayaks and boats.
Take a kayak for a trip round the bay, Hire a rowing or motor boat, Swim in crystal waters, Laze and unwind with refreshments close by, Rockpools to explore, Fishing – day and night.
