Caravan Description

We have a beautiful 2012 Swift Serenity caravan to let; centrally heated and double glazed with a centre lounge, and the capacity to sleep 8.

It comprises of 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite to double room), lounge and kitchen area.

We are situated on the quiet 'Glades' section of the park, with a lovely view of the undulating fields.

A hard standing car park area is availavle, with grassed area to the left of the carvan with patio table and chairs for sunbathing or barbaques. Sorry, but no ball games are allowed other than on the playing field provided for recreation by the site.

The lounge has a 32" flat screen TV with digital receiver built-in, and a DVD player.

There is also the faciltiy to hook up to the fitted Sky dish; all you need to do is bring your Sky box and connect up. The lounge seating area has a pull-out sofa bed too if required.
The kitchen area is fully fitted, with intergrated fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle as well as cooking utensils provided. The dining table has room for 6 people, with additional breakfast bar seating for 2.

Quilts and pillows are provided.

Gas and electric costs are included in price.

Entertainment complex passes are sold separately and are available directly from Haven; see reception on arrival for up to date prices.

Booking Your Holiday

A £100 (non refundable) deposit is required when booking your holiday or full payment if within 8 weeks of your stay. The balance to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, by either cash or cheque.

The final payment must also include a £50 security deposit to safeguard against any damage that could occur, which is fully refundable following checks after your departure. Providing the caravan is left clean, tidy and in the condition it was let, with no breakages or damage, your security deposit will be returned within 7-14 days.

In the event that damage or breakages occur then this must be paid for by the hirer.

Keys are kept in the key safe attached to the decking and the code will be given following full payment received. Please ensure when departing that the caravan is locked and keys returned to the key safe. Failure to do so will result in loss of security deposit.

To book your holiday please read conditions below:

1. All bookings are 2pm for arrivals and 10am for departures

2. The occupier will be held responsible for any loss or damage during their stay

3. The lead person on the booking form must be over 21 at the time of booking

4. Only the maximum of 8 people named on the booking form are eligible to stay in the caravan or the insurance is not valid

5. We cannot accept any responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage during your stay

6. If, for any reason, Haven feel the need to remove a member of your party following anti-social behaviour, the whole party could be evicted with no compensation

7. Deposits are non refundable

8. No all male or female groups are permitted

9. We are unable to accept liability for disturbance due to workmen, other holiday makers or moving of caravans on the site.

10. No pets are permitted to stay in the caravan

11. No smoking is permitted in the caravan

12. Linen is not provided

13. Passes are not provided but can be obtained directly from the park reception
