Caravan Description
Our caravan is a Willerby Signature situated on Havens Premier site at Primrose Valley.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms, is central heated and double glazed and is positioned within easy walking distance of all amenities on Pine Ridge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size built in fridge freezer, gas oven and hob with extractor hood, microwave, kettle ,toaster, cutlery, pans, plate, glasses etc.
There is also an iron and ironing board, vacum cleaner and cleaning essentials, tea towels etc.
The separate lounge/diner has a gas fire and radiator with 37inch tv a dvd player and PlayStation 2 with games and dvds.
There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Duvets, pillows and clean bed linen is provided. Bath towels are NOT provided.
The caravan has a shower room with toilet and wash basin. There is also a second toilet with wash basin.
We look after the caravan ourselves and keep it in good clean condition: all we ask is that you leave it in a similar condition.
Gas and electricity are included.
We require a £50 deposit within 7 days of booking, otherwise the week will be re-advertised. The remaining balance to be paid 2 weeks before your holiday.
An additional £50 bond is required on payment of your balance, which will be refunded if the caravan is left undamaged.
The caravan will be available after 3.00pm on the start of your stay and must be vacated by 10.30am on departure.
Funworks passes are NOT included, but can be purchased at the reception.
There are plenty of amenities for all the family at Primrose Valley, including a funfair, boating and fishing,bike hire, go-karts, mini golf, etc.
There is also a pub, fish and chip restaurant, pizza takeaway, Chinese takeaway on edge of park, plus a Spar supermarket.
By purchasing Funworks passes you have access to a lot more site facilities including, 2 showbars, amusment arcade,childrens daytime entertainment and activities,indoor and outdoor swimming pools with water slides etc.
Primrose Valley is very close to Filey and near to Scarborough and Bridlington. Flamingoland Theme Park is about 25 miles away and York is about 40miles away.
