Penhale Lodge offers one of the most outstanding, uninterrupted sea views across Perranporth beach. It is set within a very peaceful and private location of Perran Sands Holiday Park.
This wonderfully presented, privately owned, luxury 3 bedroom accommodation has the sand dunes and beach just footsteps away.
Our 2012/13 model, 40ft x 16ft Willerby New Hampshire Lodge, can accommodate 6 people comfortably and offers the best of modern living; enjoying panoramic sea views from the main lounge/diner.
It comprises: Master bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room; 2 x twin rooms; Modern family shower room.
Spacious open plan kitchen/diner/lounge; Fabulous large decked area, great for sunsets; Double glazing; Gas central heating; Sliding patio doors and French doors leading out to the large L-shaped decking.
The lounge/diner comprises a colour TV with Freeview and DVD player, an electric fire and comfy sofas, with a dining table and chairs.
The contemporary, fully equipped kitchen offers a high level gas oven/grill and gas hob, a microwave, fridge freezer and washer/dryer.
Duvet, pillows and bed linen are included.
Other items included for your use are an iron, ironing board, hoover, hairdryer, body boards and windbreakers.
There is one allocated parking space next to the Lodge, with ample parking also available opposite.
Wi-Fi (free) is available near Reception. Please ask for information on arrival at Reception.
Available from July & August only (please see the website for current price/availability) , prices quoted are per week. Changeover days are Saturday.
Saturday check-in from 3pm / Saturday check-out by 10am.
NO single sex parties and NO pets. Sorry no dogs.
Strictly NO smoking in the Lodge during your stay.
Haven passes can be included - please contact the owner for clarification. Haven passes are required for activities/access to certain areas within Perran Sands. Please also ask at Reception for the most recent entertainment listings, which is dependent on the season.
Terms of Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking. We accept payment by BACS bank transfer or Cheque.
The balance must be paid in full, 8 weeks before your arrival date.
A Bond payment of £500 is also required and must be paid by BACS bank transfer or cheque within the same timescale as the full payment.
On departure, if the Lodge is found in the same condition as your arrival, then the value of the Bond will be returned in full within 14 days of departure. If any damage is identified or the Lodge is found to be in an unreasonable condition, e.g. require extra cleaning/breakages etc., then the Bond will be retained in its entirety.
If any payment is overdue, we may cancel your booking.
Full terms and conditions will be sent along with your payment schedule.
Holiday insurance against cancellation/curtailment of the holiday, personal luggage/money and personal accident/injury is not included in the weekly prices shown. If such insurance is required please make your own arrangements.
