Providing direct contact with the Holiday Home owner
Our holiday home is an ABI Ambleside, which at 14ft x 40ft provides spacious and light accommodation. It benefits from double glazing and central heating, so is ideal for any time of year.
Our home is located on Fisherman's Way, with our own adjoining parking space, patio area with large table and chairs, and is just a short walk to the main complex.
Our home has a veranda at the front of the caravan, with views of the Fishing Lake. This makes it perfect for not only enjoying outside, but also helps to ensure that small children can play securely directly outside the lodge. Separate stairs lead to the main entrance of the caravan, leading into a spacious hallway with storage for coats and shoes.
Inside, there is a spacious lounge with freestanding furniture, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, as well as an attractive fireplace. There are French doors that lead directly from the lounge out onto the veranda.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the pans, cutlery and crockery you will need to enjoy your stay. There is also an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, a gas hob and large oven/grill, a microwave, kettle and toaster.
The master bedroom comes with a King size bed, TV, dressing table and large wardrobe. There is also an en-suite with shower, toilet, sink and storage cupboard.
The spacious twin bedroom has two single beds, a tv, a wardrobe, drawers and dressing table so plenty of storage for all of your things.

All of our available dates are provided. However, if you are looking for a longer/ shorter break then please do contact us.
We require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings. The balance is to be paid no later than 28 days prior to your stay.
A £100 security deposit is also required. This will be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure, providing no breakages or damage is found, although I am sure you will treat the home with the care and respect we do.
In the event of a cancellation only the security deposit will be refundable.

Please note- we provide quilts and pillows only. You will need to bring your own linen and towels. Also prices are for the hire of our holiday home and its facilities only. Entertainment passes will need to be book separately by you, directly from the park.
