Our caravan is a brand new Willerby Salsa Eco 2015 model; a real home from home. It is double glazed and is thoroughly insulated.
It has a good sized lounge area with ample comfortable seating and storage facilities with gas fire, television with in-built Freeview (which includes DVD player) and a dining table with seating.
The kitchen area consists of a fridge (with freezer section), microwave, gas cooker, toaster and kettle, and is well equipped for all your culinary needs.
There is a large shower room with toilet and wash basin as well as a separate toilet with hand basin.
The bedrooms comprise of one double and two twin, all with heating.
In each bedroom there are wardrobes with hangers provided and other storage areas.
Addional Information
The caravan is maintained in an excellent condition and is thoroughly cleaned before each visit.
It is fitted with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher, and has platform steps at the doors. For your additional safety there are annual checks made on the gas fire and cooker, electrical appliances, smoke alarm and fire extinguisher.
Parking is available at side of the caravan for 2 vehicles, but extra parking areas are available on site.
Duvets and pillows are provided for your use, but please bring your own duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases. Should you not wish to bring your own bed linen you can hire these on site for your convenience, although you may wish to book these before your arrival - please contact the site reception for details. You will also need to provide your own towels, tea towels and dish cloths.
We are unable to accept single sex parties and unaccompanied persons under 21 are not permitted (these are the park rules).
The caravan is non-smoking & we do not accept any pets to stay.
Gas, electric and parking at the carvan are included in the price.
On your arrival there will be a welcome information pack which will consist of details of the site, plus places to see and visit to keep you entertained during your stay. There will also be tea, coffee, sugar and milk for your first drink after your journey to welcome you to our caravan and the local area. In addition, we have supplied a box of colouring in books and colouring pencils to help keep any young children entertained.
Bookings & Conditions
Our bookings are priced from Friday to Friday, should you wish to have a Saturday to Saturday please ask for a quote as prices may differ from what has been stated.
Short breaks are welcome; please supply us with your required dates and we will try to accommodate you.
There is a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per booking (£200 for a 14 night booking) to secure the dates you require, this is payable 10 working days from your confirmation that you wish to book. The full balance is then due to be paid 6 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.

About the Area
Perran Sands Holiday Park is Haven Leisure's Premier site near Perranporth, Cornwall, that offers an array of amenities for either an 'all action' holiday or a quiet getaway.It is situated in 500 acres of conservation land where there are many walks and trails to explore. There is also direct access from the site to 3 miles of private golden sands beach which is lifeguarded in peak seasons. You may wish to learn to surf at the beach with the surf school on site, which offers both lessons and equipment to hire; for full details please contact the site's main reception on your arrival.
Perran Sands offers a varied entertainment programme for the day or night to keep the whole family occupied. There are children's clubs which cover all ages where the children can have fun and be kept entertained with many activities along with the site's mascots Rory the Tiger, Anxious the Elephant & Bradley the Bear.
The site has bars, a restaurant and takeaways, and it has a well stocked mini market for all your catering and cleaning supplies. There is also Wi-Fi access on site.
The FunZone sports area offers the chance to try a new activity such as archery, football, netball or fencing (some activities may incur a moderate additional charge). Why not have a go at the crazy golf course or take a ride in a cycle cart. Also on site is The Hub where you can enjoy a roller disco and Gym facilities, both will have a moderate charge applied.
There is a heated indoor pool complete with flume, and and outdoor heated pool with terrace; both pools being patrolled by qualified lifeguards. There are many water activities available, some may incur a small charge. NEW FOR 2018 the pool has been updated with a Lazy River & complete refurbishment.
Entertainment passes will be required for access to the pools and Funworks complex which houses a large amusement arcade and where the professionally presented shows are held. There will be an additional charge for the passes which can be obtained from the main reception on your arrival.
Whilst in Cornwall why not take time to explore this beautiful county of myths and legends, with its rich tin mining history and many beaches with intimate coves. There are also many theme parks to explore and famous landmarks to visit, such as Lands End, St Ives, Newquay and the world famous Eden Project. The list is endless to make you holiday memorable.
