Caravan Description
Our static caravan for rent on Holiday Resort Unity in Brean is a 6 berth, 2009 Willerby Herald Gold.
It has double glazing, a gas fire in the lounge/dining area and fan heaters in both bedrooms and the bathroom.
This caravan accommodates up to 6 people in one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a fold-out double bed in the lounge.
We provide duvets, pillows and mattress protectors, but request that guests bring their own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, tea towels and towels.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas oven, hob and grill, a fridge with freezer box, a kettle, toaster and microwave. Cooking utensils, pans and cooking equipment is provided. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
The caravan has a lounge/dining area with fixed sofa seating, a dining table and 32" flat screen TV with Freeview, along with a DVD player.
The bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower.
Outside the caravan is an enclosed garden with a picnic bench and umbrella. The caravan has parking space for 2 cars.

Bookings
A holding fee of 20% of the total holiday price will be required with each booking.
8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, the balance of the fee becomes payable, together with a £50 security deposit. Provided that there are no losses, breakages or damages to the caravan or its contents, this deposit will be refunded seven days after your departure.
Please Note: Should you wish to reserve your holiday 8 weeks or less before the start date, the full amount (plus £50 security deposit) will become due at the time of booking.
Included in our price is gas and electricity as well as passes. The passes entitle guests to free entertainment, free children's clubs, a discounted swimming session per person, per day, discounts for the fun park and green fees.

About the Area
Holiday Resort Unity is just six miles from Junction 22, off the M5. The caravan is situated on Plot 72 which is close to the supermarket and a 2 minute walk from RJ's - the main club.Park facilities include both an indoor and outdoor pool (with slides - open during the warmer months), a 9 hole pitch 'n putt and 18 hole golf course, amusement arcades, a supermarket, takeaway, gym and sunbeds (for over 18s only), Fun City Theme Park, ten pin bowling, a fishing lake, markets and car boot sales, children's clubs, bars and restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Go karts can be hired from the Hire Centre.
Entertainment Venues: RJ's, The Tavern, Dickies and Berties.
A short walk outside the Leisure Park is a 5 mile stretch of sandy beach and grass covered dunes. Nearby, there is a nature reserve and a little further on Brean village with shops, bars, arcades and restaurants.
This leisure park is an ideal base for those who wish to explore the local area, visit places of interest such as cheddar Gorge and Caves, Wookey Hole, Somerset Levels, Exmoor, Weston super Mare, Glastonbury and Bath.
