Caravan Description

Lets start from when you arrive, you will be greeted with your own allocated parking space which is like gold dust, then you will collect your keys from the key safe ( no more queuing ), on entering the caravan you will notice that all your beds have been made up. every year we replace the duvets & pillows with new.

When you open the double patio doors you will notice that you are not overlooked by any other caravans, & that you have a marvellous scenery & sea views, and across from the caravan there is a huge green for playing football & games etc.

Then the children see the park & beach which is only 2 mins from the van, and you can watch them playing from the veranda, time to visit the entertainments only 5 mins away, and when you come back to put the children to bed you will find Apple grove very quiet.

Plug in your chargers to the usbs on the sockets.

And if you got any really young children or babies, we can accommodate those by offering FREE hire of high chair, bed guards, & travel cot, and to keep them sleeping in we have installed blackout blinds.

You can have peace of mind when you book through us, we are a totally private family, so you will not be going through any agencies or haven. Plus, we belong to the caravan council.

Since 2012 we have had numerous repeat bookings, this year it was a 4th time for one family, 3rd time for another, & several 2nd time bookings.

Although we employ cleaners, my wife & myself rigorously check that everything is of a high standard ready for your arrival, including that all cutlery, crockery & utensils are spotless, another thing the kitchen is full of utensils from an electric tin opener to an automatic egg timer.

We think sometimes little things can help like we have a whirly line, also a couple of beach chairs for mum and dad, a picnic set including blanket & the ice blocks also there is buckets & spades for the kids to borrow + body boards, oh, and a hair dryer & 21" TV in the master bedroom, these are just some of the little extras you will come across.

With all that we have written, & there's a lot more on offer, we feel confident in advertising our caravan as platinum status.

Please if you have any queries or questions whatsoever, please let us know, and by the way, you can pay for your holiday each month or whatever payment plan you wish (as long as the payments are at least monthly).

Our check in time is 2.30pm & check out is 10am.

We can supply entertainment passes or fun passes, the cost of your passes can be paid when you pay your final balance.

There is loads of entertainments, bars, sports, clubs, swimming pools, bingo, you can find lots more on our website ( see link below).

Terms & Conditions

We will supply your holiday caravan in an A1 condition; we would appreciate it if you ensure the same before leaving.

No bookings can be accepted from: a) groups of persons of all one sex b) groups under 25yrs of age c) groups that are not genuine holiday guests

Sorry, no pets are allowed to stay in the caravan, and we request you DO NOT smoke in the caravan.

Should the caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of money received will be given. We would try and find alternative holiday accommodation.

You must agree to pay for any damage (accidental, wilful or through neglect) caused to the caravan or its contents, including loss caused by yourself or any member of your party. This does not include failure due to normal use.
