Our spacious, modern caravan has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is in excellent condition throughout and has double glazing and central heating.
The caravan has 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has an en-suite toilet and comes complete with king sized bed, mirrored wardrobes and dressing table, and the twin bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table.
In addition to the en-suite there is a family bathroom.
The kitchen has a full range of cooking utensils, microwave, gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, kettle and a dining table with 4 chairs.
There is a patio door leading onto the enclosed decking area, where there is a bistro set for you to have your coffee, hopefully in the morning sunshine.
The spacious lounge is clean, fresh and very comfortable. It has an electric coal effect fire, which can warm the caravan within minutes, a flat screen TV/DVD player complete with Freeview, and a radio and CD player. The caravan also has a selection of books, games, iron and hairdryer.
From the lounge there are large patio doors leading onto the enclosed decking to the front, which also has patio furniture. Here you can enjoy the extensive coastal view and the splendid sunset into Cardigan Bay.
At the side of the caravan is parking for one car. Further parking is available near reception.
Pillows and duvets are supplied but you are requested to bring your own bedding, towels and tea towels.
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking and bond; this is fully returnable providing the caravan is left as it is found with no damage.
This is a No Smoking caravan.

Full payment is required 21 days before the start of your holiday.
Alternative payment arrangements for late bookings are provided.

About the Area
Ocean Heights is set in landscaped gardens overlooking Cardigan Bay.The park is 5 minutes by car from popular New Quay, where you`ll find lovely restaurants, water sports and beaches, and you may even spot the dolphins!
The area is a walkers' paradise with extensive coastal and country walks.
The park is located between Aberystwyth and Cardigan, both being approximately 30 minutes drive away. The Georgian town of Aberaeron with its harbour is approximately 10 minutes drive away.
The park is also on a bus route.
Ocean Heights includes a country club providing food and entertainment. There is also an indoor and outdoor heated pool, a small shop providing some groceries, a laundrette, a play area and sports field.
Wi-fi internet access is available on site (payable at reception).
From New Quay's pier you can see the famous Cardigan Bay dolphins most days in the summer. Other important wildlife of the area include the rare chough, the red kite, the seabirds and grey seals. There are many unique wild flowers along the coastal paths and a great diversity of marine life in the rock pools along the coast.
There is a water sports centre on the beach where you can learn to kayak or sail, and also a dolphin spotting centre which contain up to date sightings.
