Caravan Description
Welcome to our Holiday Home.
Our 3 bedroom caravan is able to sleep 6 people, with one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. Double beds have memory foam mattress toppers.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen can be purchased at £5 per head, should it be required.
High chairs, travel cots, bed guards,steam steriliser and bottle warmer are also available on request.
There is a shower room and WC.
The fitted kitchen has a full size gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and all the usual essentials.
In the lounge is a flat screen TV/DVD player.
Complementary tea and coffee provided on arrival.
Decking with gate added to the caravan adds extra living space. A patio table, chairs and parasol are all ready to be used.
All weeks are subject to a £100 non-returnable deposit to secure the date.
A £50 respect bond is also required, which will be returned in 7 working days following inspection of the van.
Full payment must be received within 8 weeks of the holiday commencement date.
Monthly installments accepted at no extra charge

About the Area
Mullion Holiday Park is a lovely family orientated site, with lots of things for children of all ages, and also excellent entertainment for all.Entertainment is provided by the camp's own entertainment team together with guest acts appearing nightly.
Passes are available on site payable locally.
Amenities on site: Amusements; Bar & Restaurant; Takeaway; Children's club; Children's entertainment; Crazy golf; Costcutters grocery store; Internet stations; Laundry facilities; Live entertainment; Mini tenpin bowling; Playground; Pool tables and darts; Heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool; Indoor soft play area for toddlers; Dog walking field.
There is a bus service into Helston from the main entrance.
Tesco and Sainsbury's stores en-route to the caravan park.
The caravan is located near to beaches and many National Trust properties and walks.
Mullion Holiday Park is an ideal location for all to visit a large part of Cornwall, to include Mullion Cove, Flambards Theme Park, Gweek seal sanctuary, The Lizard (only a couple of miles away), the beautiful Kynance Cove, plus many other places of interest.
