Caravan Description
This is a very clean, tidy and comfortable, Super Orlando caravan that sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
The main bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and a dressing table. The twin bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, overhead storage and a side table. There is also a sofa bed in the main living room area.
The bathroom has a shower and sink unit, and there is a separate toilet with wash basin.
The living room is open plan and spacious and has a TV, DVD player and a CD/radio. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate dining area. There is also an iron and ironing board.
Outside the caravan there is a veranda (deck chairs can be found in the inside storage cupboard). There is also parking space.
The caravan is for 6 people and is available on a flexible basis - please ask.

About the Area
Browns Holiday Park is well maintained and tidy, and has a launderette facility, club with live entertainment, Sky Sports on a big screen, an arcade and children's play area.Wi-fi is also available for a reasonable rate.
This is a very good location to enable travel within the North Wales area with access to the A55 and coastal roads.
There are regular bus services available for access to local towns, e.g. Llandudno, Betws-y-Coed, Conwy, Rhyl and Prestatyn and Colwyn Bay (Welsh Mountain Zoo).
There is a weekly market at Tir Prince (5 minute walk); there is a park, plenty of local shops, pubs, cafes, fairgound (also a 5 minute walk). The Asda supermarket is within local driving distance.
