Sandhills 298 is our privately owned caravan at Butlins. It sleeps 8 and has central heating throughout. This is a stunning caravan located on a spacious and quiet plot within walking distance to the main Butlins attractions.

Lounge
Flame effect electric fire. colour LCD 32" TV, DVD player with a selection of films, bluetooth radio and PS3 console with a selection of games, to keep both the adults and children entertained. The seating area in the lounge converts into a double bed. Spacious and homely with a dining area which has a table and chairs.

Kitchen
Gas oven and hob, full size fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, plus all essential kitchen utensils, together with an iron and ironing board, clothes airer, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner.

Bedrooms
Master bedroom - Double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite
2 x twin rooms - with wardrobe storage
A bed guard and travel cot is available upon request
Duvets and pillows are provided, however, you will need to provide your own duvet cover, linen and towels.

Bathroom
Double shower with seat if required
Wash hand basin
Toilet
Heated towel rail

A carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarms and fire extinguisher have been installed in the caravan.

UPVC veranda with patio table and chairs, accessed through the french doors from the lounge

There is ample parking at the side of the caravan.

Our price includes up to 4 passes (2 adults 2 children 14 and under) for the admission to the entertainment complex, funfair, swimming pool etc. Extra passes can be obtained at a cost of £40 per person, with no extra charge for those under 23 months. We do not accept groups aged 25 years or under.

A £75 bond is required, which will be returned if the caravan is left clean and tidy with no damage/ breakages or missing items.
