This 3 bedroom caravan for hire is fully double glazed with electric heaters in all bedrooms.
The caravan has recently been refurbished with all mod-cons, including a full size fridge freezer, microwave, slow cooker, vegetable steamer, kettle, toaster, new cooker, washing machine, TV with DVD player and burglar alarm.
This is a real home from home with very easy access and in a prime location for all on site amenities.
The accommodation comprises:
Master Bedroom: Double bed, double wardrobe with chest of drawers, TV with freeview, DVD player, electric heater.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, 1 fold out bunk bed, dressing table, double wardrobe with drawers, electric heater.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, single wardrobe with drawers, electric heater.
Bathroom: Toilet, sink, sit down shower
Lounge / Dining area: TV and DVD player, gas fire, dining table with 6 chairs. We have also had a partition built so the kitchen is now completely separate from the lounge/dining area.
We have a verenda attached to the caravan. On the veranda is a garden table and chairs. We have had two new doors fitted, the one in the living room is a barn door and is south facing so when the sun shines the caravan is bathed in sunshine so when it gets warm it is nice to open the top of the barn door and watch the birds coming and going.
We have recently moved to a prime position and there is a small lawn with two established trees and hedges making it private. On the lawn is a dining table and chairs.
