Caravan Description
Our luxury, modern holiday home is situated along the beautiful fishing lake; the prime location of Thorpe Park holiday village and just 2 minutes walking distance from the reception and entertainment.
We have three bedrooms, all with heating, and sleeping 8 people; one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a full size pull-out double bed in the lounge. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and units with plenty of hanging/storage space.
We provide all fresh clean bed linen and beds will be made up for you prior to your arrival. All we ask is that you bring your own towels.
In the very spacious modern living area there is a flat screen TV/DVD player, which also has over 99 Sky channels, plus a modern gas fire.
It also offers a lovely panoramic bay window overlooking the fishing lake. Outside is a lovely, modern, full size, south facing PVC veranda, which is nice, sunny and private and not overlooked. It comes complete with patio table and chairs; a nice place to relax or enjoy a barbeque.
We have a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen with full size gas cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and all pots and pans etc. plus a separate dining area.
We have a large walk-in modern shower with wash basin and a separate toilet room with wash basin.
We have a private driveway which holds 2 cars and also room for a third car.
All electric water and gas is included in the price you pay.
Our holiday home is maintained by us and is cleaned to the highest standard. You will be met on site by us so there will be no waiting around reception for checking in.
Terms & Conditions
A £50 deposit is required to confirm your booking, which is none refundable. Full payment is required 3 weeks before your holiday, but can be paid a little at a time if required.
Our holidays are on a Friday to Friday basis, but if you require any other dates/days please get in touch.
Our prices do not include any passes; these can be purchased from the office at any time.

About the Area
Thorpe Park itself has lots to offer, including two large fishing lakes, a heated swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool with large slides/flumes, beautiful golf course, live entertainment throughout the day and evening, bingo, amusement arcades, go karts, crazy golf, restaurants, take aways, bars, pizza delivery to your caravan, Burger King, grocery store, fish and chip shop, laundry facilities, children's entertainment, tennis, trampolines, playgronds, cycle hire, rock climbing and lots, lots more.Cleethorpes
Just down the road you will find a nine screen cinima complex, bowling alley, McDonalds, KFC, the boating lake, zoo and retail shopping all within walking distance. Or if you prefer you can take the open top bus wich runs through the whole of Thorpe Park all the way down to the famous Cleethorpes Prominade where you can take a walk along the pier, visit the gift shops, enjoy our traditional fish and chips and visit our Blue Flag awarded beaches.
