Caravan Description
Our modern 3 bedroom, 8 berth luxury caravan is available to let between May - August each year.
The caravan consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms with a double pull out bed in the living room.
In the comfortable living area there is a gas fire and a Flatscreen TV with freeview and DVD Player. An iron and ironing board are also provided. We have games and DVD's for your enjoyment but we ask you look after these and leave them in the caravan for future guests use.
The kitchen area includes all usual kitchen utensils; kettle, microwave, and brand new fridge freezer, toaster, George Foreman grill and a slow cooker. We also provide tea, coffee, hot chocolate & sugar for your stay.
The toilet is separate to the shower room.
All bedrooms and shower room have a heating panel, and there is a hairdryer and shaving point in the double bedroom. There is a 16" Freeview TV with build in DVD player in the double bedroom which can fold away to the wardrobe when not in use.
We will provide quilts and pillows along with a travel cot, but please bring your own linen.
There is a small BBQ for your use along with two garden chairs.
There is a hard standing area outside the caravan, suitable for 1 vehicle.
As this is an end caravan the doors open out onto an extended grassed area, making it ideal for BBQs and picnics on sunny days.
We have a Ramtec Alarm.
We ask for a £50 security deposit in addition to the caravan hire charge which is refunded up to 7 days after your holiday has ended subject to cleaners checks.

About the Area

Please contact us for a map of the holiday park.Haven offer a full entertainments programme and activities. If you wish to take advantage of the park facilities you will require entertainment passes for each member of the party (not included in our price) which can be obtained from reception on arrival.
There are 2 show bars* and a pub restaurant on site along with fish & chips and Papa John's pizza (delivered to your caravan). There is also a well stocked mini market with gift shop, and a launderette, which can be accessed without passes.
*The Galleon Bar is open during peak times only.
Out & About
There is a beautiful beach which can be accessed across the road from the park entrance.
A short walk will take you into Mablethorpe where you will find a cinema (on the way in), amusements, cafes, donkey rides etc. Don’t fancy walking? Take a ride on either Mablethorpe’s Sand or Land Train.
Continue walking and you will reach Queen's Park where there are plenty of activities for all ages, including a children's fun park, paddling pool, flat green bowling, tennis courts, crazy golf and a boating lake.
