Set in the heart of the Jurassic coastline, the award winning Ladram Bay holiday park offers every amenity you could wish for to make your visit as comfortable and fun as possible.

Our cherished static holiday home is situated on the very much sought after, Orchard Field, which benefits from gently sloping ground enabling very easy access to all site facilities.

Our plot is one of the more spacious on the field with lots of space both in front, behind and at side of the home.

The holiday home benefits from a raised veranda decking overlooking the bay. This decking is accessed directly from patio doors or from the patio area, allowing you to take full advantage of the sunshine, whether it will be sunbathing or al-fresco dining. There is also complimentary use of a BBQ.

The holiday home benefits from gas central heating and double glazing.

It has a double bedroom with en-suite and a family bathroom with large shower (no bath).

There is a second bedroom with two single beds and also a pull-out double bed in the lounge. The main bedroom comes with a king size memory foam mattress that ensures a very good nights sleep.

The lounge is very comfortable with beautiful far reaching views, and benefits from a gas fire, 30" flat screen TV with built-in Freeview, DAB CD stereo with iPod and MP3 player connection, a DVD/video player with a selection of complementary films, along with a PlayStation 2.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, kitchen utensils, crockery, saucepans, iron and ironing board. There will be a few sundries provided; cleaning products, condiments etc. that you are welcome to make use of, but we would ask that you replace or add to accordingly using your own common sense.

We can also offer 3 and 4 day breaks depending on availability.

Ladram Bay's on site facilities include: Waves Nightspot and Bar with evening entertainment seven days a week; Pirates amusement arcade; Pebbles Restaurant serving international cuisine with a balcony overlooking the bay; Centrally located shopping complex including mini market and gift shop; Coast takeaway; Seaview Shack for all day light bites beach food; Crazy golf course*; Soft play area; Outdoor adventure playground including an Under 7's play area; Large sports field; Free Wi-Fi in the Three Rocks complex; Ozzie's Kids' Club; Kayaks, rowing and motor boat hire from the beach; Fishing from boats or the shore, day and night; Reception staffed a minimum of 10 hours a day to answer your enquiries; Launderette; Wi-Fi -available in your accommodation*.

2015 saw the opening of the site's stunning new indoor heated pool, separate children's pool and slide, and gym complex. There is also a steam room, sauna and changing rooms.

2016 charges for visitors to use the new pool and gym are as follows to give you a guide:

Peak Season (25 Mar to 11 Apr / 27 May to 6 Jun / 22 Jul to 5 Sep / 21 Oct to 31 Oct)

Daily - £6.50 per adult & £4.50 per child
Short break - £15 per adult & £12 per child
Weekly - £25 per adult & £20 per child

Off Peak Season (All other dates)

Daily - £4.50 per adult & £3.50 per child
Short break - £12 per adult & £10 per child
Weekly - £20 per adult & £16 per child

Gym cost: £2 per session or £10 per week. Users must be over 16 and 16-18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
