Our caravan is a 'top of the range' model and is situated in a quiet area on the edge of the park with countryside views from the lounge and the verandas, yet it is still only a few minutes’ walk to the complex and the long sandy beach.
The caravan is fully double glazed and has central heating throughout - ideal for the cool summer evenings.
The lounge overlooks open countryside with double patio doors leading onto an enclosed 'balcony style' veranda, a perfect place for children to play while you relax in the comfortable lounge. The lounge has a 32" Freeview TV and a DVD player, it also has an electric fire for added warmth if needed.
The dining area with freestanding table and 6 chairs is adjacent to the lounge and kitchen.
The kitchen is fully fitted with built in fridge and small freezer, there is a family sized oven/grill and a separate hob. Also available are a microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, iron and ironing board.
There are 3 bedrooms - all with storage facilities- I double bedroom with second TV/DVD and en-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be pushed together to make a second double bed. The third bedroom has bunk beds.
The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
The entrance to the caravan is via the veranda on the side this has steps and also a ramp to provide easy access for pushchairs and wheel chairs (sorry no motorised scooters). There are 2 gates to aid security for children using this area.
There is a patio table and chairs on the side veranda for outside dining and also a wicker settee and chairs on the front veranda for sitting out on those warm summer days/nights.
There is a parking bay adjacent to the caravan.
No smoking allowed in the caravan.
Sorry no pets.
Family bookings only - no same sex groups.
Lead member must be over 21.
Full week bookings only during school summer holidays.
Funworks passes and linen are not included in hire price.
A £50 non-returnable deposit is required when booking.
