We have a fantastic, luxury, 2010 Victory static caravan, six berth family holiday home with all the luxury of being home from home.
It features central heating and double glazing throughout and is situated in a prime position with fantastic sea views and panoramic views of the Jurassic coastline.
The main living area is modern and open plan, featuring a good size lounge with comfortable seating, a dining area with views overlooking the sea, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, fridge, separate freezer, 4 ring gas cooker with oven, a toaster and kettle, plus a good selection of cooking utensils and crockery.
Home entertainment includes a 37" HD TV with built-in Freeview and separate DVD player, iPod docking station and a TV in the master bedroom.
There are 2 good size bedrooms; the main double bedroom is en-suite with a lovely vanity area and good wardrobe space. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, again with good wardrobe space.There is also a fold-out double bed which is featured within the lounge area.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests need to bring their own bed linen, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.
The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet, wash basin and storage for towels and cosmetics.
Outside the caravan is a lovely decking area with some magical views out to sea, plus the comfort of a patio set with parasol. There is also a parking space for 1 car adjacent to the decking, with offloading onto a further patio area.
Electricity and water are included in the price, but mains gas is paid for by the guest and operated on a pre-payment card meter.
There is also Wi-Fi within the park.
