Caravan Description
This is a well maintained, comfortable 6 berth caravan, having 2 bedrooms and a spacious living/dining room.
Our caravan is well looked after and welcoming for families and couples alike.
The living/dining room consists of plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table with moveable corner sofa (which adds extra seating if needed). There is a warm gas fire and extra electric heaters for those chillier nights. The sofa also converts into a double bed if required. Provided for your entertainment for those rainy days is a flat screen TV with built-in Freeview and DVD player, and a radio/CD player.
The living room has its own outside door leading to a veranda, with a table and chairs provided for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils required for those drinks and meals in.
All gas and electricity is provided at no extra cost.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes (hangers available) and over bed cupboards, and a small dressing table with mirror socket and shaver socket.
The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double, a single wardrobe (hangers available) with 3 small drawers, over bed cupboards, a mirror and socket.
Pillows and duvets are provided, but you will need to bring along your own bed linen e.g. sheets, pillow cases, duvet cover, towels and tea towels.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with door, toilet and a basin.

Couples and Families ONLY.
There is a £50 non-returnable deposit required at the time of booking your holiday with the balance due 6 weeks before your holiday.
If the full payment is not received by the due date the caravan will be re-let and no monies will be returned.

About the Area
Our caravan is situated on the Coastfield site at Ingoldmells, with a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10-15 minute walk to Fantasy Island/Eastgate Market.Coastfields is a welcoming family site with much for children and adults alike. There is a lovely outdoor children’s play area as well as a grocery shop, take away and laundrette.
Passes to the site's facilities are £50 per week. These passes will get you entrance to the heated indoor swimming pool with flume, small children’s pool and a Jacuzzi, as well as the arcade with a snack bar, on site bingo and show bar with early evening children’s entertainment followed by adult entertainment into the small hours.
Out and About
There are regular buses to Skegness (approx 20 minutes) with Fantasy Island, Butlins and The Seal Sanctuary Centre all en route to keep everybody busy in all weathers.
There is also plenty to see and do in the local area from the beach to bingo, karaoke bars, pubs, amusements, shops and food for all.
Hardy’s Animal Farm is a great day out for small and big kids alike, and is under a mile away and takes approx 20 minutes to walk.
