Caravan Description
This is a classic, 12' wide, spacious, well equipped and comfortable caravan situated between Ingoldmells and Skegness.
It has a good sized family lounge with lovely seating, which has just been newly carpeted. There is a digital TV/DVD, with iPod player, along with a good selection of books, DVDs and games provided in the unlikely event of rain!!
The lounge leads off into a cosy dining area, which will easily seat six, off which is a spacious and well equipped kitchen fitted with an eye level oven/grill, separate built-in hob, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
A corridor leads to the bathroom, which has a half bath and overhead shower. There are two access doors, which can be locked off, with one leading into the large master bedroom, making it an 'en-suite'.
The master bedroom, which is 12' wide, has a wall mounted heater, numerous power sockets, a dressing table with stool, razor socket, electric under blanket and wall lights, together with an abundant amount of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has twin beds and is heated. A further 'sofa bed' is available in the lounge.

About the Area
Our caravan is in a peaceful spot on Sandfield Holiday Park (pitch N5), next to the beach and close to lots of amenities!Sandfield is a small, quiet park that backs onto the attractive sand dunes at Chapel St. Leonards. There are no roads to cross to access the beach (which is only a three minute walk), so is ideal for those with young children.
The Sandfield Club hosts quizzes, bingo and entertainment every weekend, and you will be able to make use of the superb indoor family pool at Coastfields Leisure Park, as well as the showbar.
We are only minutes away from the village centre, which has a supermarket, chemist, doctors surgery, Italian and Indian restaurants and traditional fish & chip shops.
Fantasy Island at Ingoldmells is ten minutes away by car, and Skegness a further ten minutes. Bus routes are also just outside site.
