Caravan Description
You will find our well equipped, homely caravan just minutes from the children's play park, the well stocked site shop and the exit to the caravan park.
This is a very spacious caravan with lots of seating in the lounge, along with a large TV and DVD player with films for your enjoyment.
In the kitchen you will find it fully stocked with fridge (sorry no freezer) oven/grill, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as cooware, oven and piazza trays, a roasting pan, all cups, plates, dishes and cutlery, plus wine and tall glasses.
The bathroom is a good size with wash basin, toilet and shower. The shower has a deep step and a small seat to the inside it can be used as a small bath for small children and babies.
The caravan sleeps 8 people.
It has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each with ample wardrobe space for hanging your clothes in. All beds have waterproof and quilted mattress protectors, ensuring you have a comfortable nights sleep. I also provide pillows and duvets, but not sheets, pillow cases or duvet covers so please remember to bring your own as well as towels and tea towels.
Also provided in the caravan is a hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board.

About the Area
Kingfisher Holiday Park is very well maintained and has superb security with card operated entry and exit barriers, so only owners and guests can access the Park. Your vehicle can be parked alongside the caravan for peace of mind and the Park has CCTV and a regular security patrol.On site facilities include a shop, children's play area, launderette and information office. It's only a five minute stroll onto Sea Lane where you will find an array of shops, cafes, bars and arcades, and not forgetting the fabulous Eastgate Market and Fantasy Island.
A bus stop is directly outside the entrance where you can travel to Butlins, Skegness and Chapel St Leonards.
Places of interest close by include Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, Natureland Seal Sanctuary, the fabulous Hardy's Animal Farm, Skegness Stock Car Stadium, Skegness Water Leisure Park, and much, much more.
