Caravan Description
This lovely, modern, immaculate caravan has double glazing and central heating for your all year round comfort. It is situated on a large spacious plot close to private access to the sand dunes, conservation area and award winning beach.
The Lounge
TV, DVD player, CD player, selection of DVDs and CDs and a selection of books and games are available. The lounge suite comprises of a 3 seater settee (with fold out double bed), two seater settee and swivel armchair.
The Kitchen
Fully equipped with full size integrated fridge/freezer, full size cooker and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and ironing facilities. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and wine glasses provided.
The Dining Area
Free standing table and chairs with patio doors leading onto the veranda.
Master Bedroom
King size bed, En-suite and fitted wardrobes. Please bring your own quilt covers, pillowcases and sheets. The duvets and pillows are provided.
Bedroom 2
Two single beds, fitted wardrobe and overhead storage.
Bathroom
Full size shower with triple sliding door, toilet and sink. Guests need to bring their own towels.
Outdoor garden furniture and wind breaks are provided.
Bookings
A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking.
The balance and a surety bond of £25 (in the event of damage ) will fall due 8 weeks prior to your holiday date. The surety bond of £25 will be returned to you by post upon inspection of the caravan.
In the event of cancellation, deposits are non refundable if cancelled with less than 4 weeks notice of your holiday date.
Short breaks are available upon request.

Point of Ayr Holiday Park is situated on the fringe of Talacre Village and has private access onto the beautiful beach and sand dunes. There is a also a bird sanctuary.On site you will find:
Indoor heated pool with separate children's pool, Lounge Bar/weekend entertainment with adjoining conservatory for families, Sun terrace with loungers and table tennis facilities, Children's play area, General store, Launderette, Occasional children's entertainment.
