This is a spacious family caravan situated just a few yards from the entertainment centre on Presthaven Beach Resort in Wales.
This 3 bedroom, 12ft x 37ft caravan has a spacious lounge and is well equipped with an LCD flat screen TV with Freeview. There's also a small TV in the main bedroom, which is for DVD use only.
There is a double bed in main bedroom, a double bed in second bedroom and a full size single bed in third bedroom, along with a double pull-out bed in the lounge.
Also within the caravan is a fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron.
Outside is a large patio adjoining the caravan, enabling you to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. It comes fully equipped with a table and chairs.

About the Area
Presthaven Beach Resort in Wales has 3 brilliant swimming pools including a lazy river which was new last year. Also has a large crazy golf area which is very popularThere are various activities in the sports hall, including roller skating, and an activities area for the younger children.
The entertainment centre consists of 2 clubs plus a Mash and Barrel where you can have a meal and a night on the karaoke if you wish. There are top acts in the clubs and a full entertainment programme for all ages.
Outdoors you will find go karts for all the budding racing drivers, all weather pitches for the sports fanatics, a play area for the younger children, mini golf for all the family and a fairground for the teens. Bicycle hire is also available.
Also on site there is a Burger King, Papa John's Pizza, Fish and Chip shop, a large Spa supermarket, launderette and an arcade.
