Caravan Description
Our holiday home has three bedrooms; one double bedroom, one with two single beds which can be put together to make a double bed, and a third bedroom with a single bed and a cabin bed. A double bed can also be made up in the lounge or the seating is wide enough to be used as single beds.
All bedding is provided .
In the lounge we have a gas fire, plenty of seating, a TV, DVD and video player. We also provide a selection of videos and DVDs for all to share.
A kitchen, dining area with round table to easily accommodate eight people, and from the hallway a shower room with toilet and sink, complete the accommodation.
The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and microwave plus other electrical equipment; toaster, steamer, mixer, slow cooker and sandwich maker. It is well equipped for you to make a roast dinner or a snack.
If you prefer not to cook, the club house serves food and has a children’s menu there are also some lovely pubs that serve food and a fish and chip shop that are within walking distance.
Also provided in the caravan is an iron, ironing board and hoover. We also leave games, toys and books for us all to share.
Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.
Pillows, duvets and blankets are available in the bedrooms, but guests will be required to provide their own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
All gas and electricity costs are included in the price.
Our caravan is available for both weekly and short break stays from March to November.

About the Area
Within a few minutes’ walk just outside the main gates you will find a lovely sand shingle beach. There is also a reasonable priced beachside cafe and ice-cream and drinks stall. Or if you prefer take a bus or the car, it is four miles down the road into Hunstanton where you will find a beautiful sandy beach, pony rides, a funfair, the Sea Life Centre and the seaside shops, or you can go for a swim in the heated indoor pool, which is fully supervised at all times by trained lifeguards for your family's safety.On site is the Boathouse Tavern which has a licensed bar and fast food facilities, the clubroom has evening entertainment including bingo, disco, party games, live bands and comedians during peak season. A more relaxed programme is available at other times with a dart board, pool table and amusement arcade within the complex.
The Sparky Krew club looks after children aged from five to eleven with a range of events hosted by the resort entertainment team; they even have their own clubhouse.
Heacham is nestled in the quiet West Norfolk countryside and is the ideal place for walking, cycling, bird watching and fishing
There are also other local attractions; a country club where golf and fishing are available, Royal Sandringham, Norfolk Lavender, the Sea Life Centre, Tichwell bird sanctuary, Holkham Hall, the North Norfolk Railway and Castle Rising.
The beautiful north Norfolk coast is within easy driving distance along with the historical port town of Kings Lynn.
