Caravan Description
Our caravan is a spacious ABI Ambleside lodge 40ft x 14ft which sleeps up to six people, and is situated in a fantastic peaceful spot on the park with lots of outdoor space looking out only on to farmers land (lovely) , yet not to far from the main facilities.
There are 2bedrooms; master bedroom with kingsize bed, flat screen 32” led tv with free view, walk-in wardrobe with storage and ensuite shower room, toilet and basin with mirrored cabinet above for storage.
Second bedroom boasts two full-size single beds which can also be pulled together as a double, room has wardrobe with drawers and plenty of storage space, flat screen led tv with DVD player built in and free view.
There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge, this making it very comfortable for up to six people stay.
It has a large family bathroom with shower,toilet, and vanity sink unit with storage. You will find boiler and all controls in this room for your stay. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails.
The lounge has a large Freeview led TV, DVD player and full setup for sky box if you care to bring your own box along with you. You only need your sky box with it’s power lead and remote hook up to all other cables supplied and you will be up and running. Lounge has two very comfortable sofas with nice fan assisted fireplace for extra heating if required.
Double doors that will take you out on to nice decking area with table and chairs for those nice alfresco dining.
kitchen/diner has a fully equipped modern kitchen with built in 70/30 fridge/freezer, built in microwave,full size oven wth four ring hob and built in dishwasher.
There is a dining area with table and chairs within the kitchen area.
We have provided a selection of games, books and DVDs to keep you amused.
There is also a high-chair & ironing board and iron, travel cot if needed.
Our caravan is in excellent condition and most of all very clean.
Linen is provided , but please bring your own towels, tea towels and toiletries i.e toilet roll, soap etc.
Prices do not include entertainment passes.
We are prepared to do Monday to Friday let’s throughout the year excluding the six week school holidays which are seven night only.
Please contact us with any enquiries as you will only see the six week school holidays listed. Any short breaks taken will be shown on the website for your chosen date and booking.

About the Area
Camber Sands Leisure Park is situated across the road from one of Britain's sandy beaches. On site there are 4 swimming pools with flume, a sauna, jacuzzi and gym, Sparky's Club for kids 5-11 years and The Mix for 12-16 year olds. There's also a kids playground and bouncy castle in good weather, as well as a multi sports programme.Also on site is The Boathouse restaurant, a fish and chip shop, supermarket and launderette. The main bar offers bingo, mini disco and children's time followed by cabaret. The Boathouse bar offers pool, karaoke, darts and Sky Sports.
The park went under a renovation program 2017 with lots of pleasant upgrades to dining and outside areas.
