Caravan Description
Our caravan is an Arizona, 6 berth with 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with double wardrobe and dressing table area. The second bedroom has two single beds with a small wardrobe.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and sink.
The fully equipped kitchen is supplied with a fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, utensils, cutlery and all necessary essentals.
The living area includes a TV with Sky stations, dining table and comfortable seating, which folds out to make an extra double bed.
Quilts and pillows and all linen is provided. Guests only need to bring there own towels.
There is NO SMOKING inside the caravan, but it is allowed on the veranda outside.
Gas and electric are free.
For your safety there are smoke alarms fitted throughout the caravan.
A £50 deposit/bond is required to secure your booking, which is non-refundable if you cancel your holiday. It will be refunded after your holiday if the caravan is left in a satisfactory condition.

About the Area
The caravan is situated at the Richmond Holiday Centre in Skegness, about a 15-20 minute walk from Skegness pier.The site itself has an onsite clubhouse and bar, free swimming pool, chip shop, hair dressers, launderette and site shop. There is also a gym, sauna and jaccuzi facilities available for a fee.
Butlins Holiday Park is about a 10 minute drive and offers day passes.
Fantasy Island, which has a variety of rides for chidren and adults, is about a 15 minute drive from the caravan site.
Buses also run from Skegness to Fantasy Island if required.
There are also many fishing venues and three 1st class golf courses all within easy reach.
