Caravan Description
Platinum rated, 2012 38x12 Willerby Aspen Scenic caravan with 3 bedrooms, situated on Primrose Field 86.
The caravan is perfectly situated for the main entertainment complex, shops, etc. and is double glazed, central heated and highly insulated; making it an ideal caravan for off peak holidays.
The lounge has french doors leading onto a veranda,a large screen LCD TV, freeview, DVD player, CD stereo, electric flame effect fire, plush seating. The dining area consists of a free standing dining table and chairs.
The kitchen comprises of a integrated full size fridge, 3 drawer freezer, integrated microwave, high level oven/grill, gas hob, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, iron, ironing board, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. A hoover and hair drier are also provided.
The master bedroom consists of a double bed, built in wardrobes, soft lighting, LCD TV and freeview.
The 2 twin bedrooms have built in wardrobes, overhead storage, TV points and a cot side.
Duvets, covers, pillows, cases and sheets are provided and beds will be made for your arrival.
The caravan has a large shower room with wash basin and extractor, and a separate toilet with wash basin and extractor.
Outside there is private parking. We also have a veranda with patio furniture.
We have a satellite dish if you wish to bring your own Sky box with you.
The caravan is cleaned to a very high standard by the owners.
Gas and electric are free.
We only book to families.
No smoking & no pets.
To book, a deposit of £80 is required within 7 days of your reservation to confirm your booking. The balance is to be paid up to 8 weeks before your holiday date.
We also require a £50 refundable cleaning/damage bond.
