Caravan Description
We have a 4 bedroom caravan that will sleep up to 10 people. It is situated in a prime location, which is dunes 71. This location means the caravan is only a 1-2 minute walk to the main butlins complex.
This is a fabulous caravan with the benefit of gas central heating, a washing machine, large enclosed veranda, full size freezer etc.
The caravan consists of one double bedroom and three large twin bedded bedrooms. There is also a double pull out bed in the lounge area.
There is a shower room with a wash basin and toilet, plus another separate toilet room with a wash basin.
The kitchen area has a full sized cooker, fridge, microwave, 4 sliced toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board etc.
The lounge area has plenty of seating for the larger family. It also has a big LCD TV, DVD player, Freeview, combi TV, Playstation and games, CD player etc.
Outside you will find garden furniture.
Duvets and pillows are supplied but not bed linen

About the Area
Our caravan is based on the fabulous Butlins complex at Skegness in Lincolnshire.The site boasts an indoor swimming pool complex, all weather sports centre, fun fair, full all day and evening entertainment, kids clubs etc (ALL FREE!!!). A cinema, bowling centre, six restaurants, amusements etc. are also available.
There's just so much to do, a week does not seem long enough.
