Caravan Description

Our caravan is modern and fully equipped boasting everything that you could want in affordable holiday accommodation.
As our caravan is privately owned we're able to be flexible of the length of breaks taken, and start days. Short breaks start from £100 for 4 and 3 nights (Mon check in 4 nights) or (Fri check in 3 nights), price depend on time of season.

Purbeck sleeps 6-8. Our caravan are sited on Sycamore, which is in the private owner area, so is quite and away from the club house

All prices are excluding Parkdean's entertainment passes and linen. Duvets and pillow are provided; you will need to bring duvet covers, bottom sheets and pillow cases - and also your towels, or Linen only can be hired when you place a booking for £15 per booking.

Our prices are inclusive of the gas and electricity.

Parkdean's entertainments passes are per person and last the stay, under 2s are free. These are purchased direct from Parkdean on arrival at the site. If you don't wish to use the facilities on site, you will not need any of these passes.
8 berth. 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a further pull-out bed in the living room. All duvets and pillows are included. Not covers or towels etc. Shower room. Fully double glazed. Central heating throughout. Gas fire in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen. Private parking, next to the caravan.

Facilities include:

TV, Gas cooker with oven and grill, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Kettle and Toaster, Cutlery, crockery and all the essential kitchen utensils.

Sorry no all young male / female parties. This is Parkdean policy as this is a family resort.

A £50 deposit is required to secure any booking. The balance is then due 60 days before the holiday start date.
