Our caravan is situated on the very popular Primrose Valley Holiday Park which is ideal for families, with the many amenities and entertainment available.
It is also a fantastic location for nearby Filey (lovely walk along the beach), Scarborough and Bridlington.
We also have another 8 berth caravan available on Primrose Valley Holiday Park - please see Ref: 3368 on this website.
This family owned caravan is a superb base for your holiday and has everything you will need to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The caravan sleeps 8 people with there being 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a wall heater for each room and beds will be made up, taking away the hassle of your arrival.
the lounge there is a 22" TV with built-in DVD player and a mini stereo that can connect your iPod too.
There is a nice, well-compacted kitchen, which is fully fitted with a gas oven, fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, kettle and toaster. You will also find cleaning materials under the sink. We even provide an iron and ironing board.
Gas and electricity are included in the hire price.
Passes are not included, but can be bought from Reception on arrival.
Bookings & Conditions
To secure a booking I require a £75 deposit. The remaining balance must be paid no later than a month before your arrival date.
A £50 bond is also required and is fully refundable once the caravan has been checked and no damage, loss, breakages or excessive cleaning required.
3/4 night stays are available, 3 nights are from Friday to Sunday. 4 nights are from Monday to Thursday.

About the Area
Primrose Valley Holiday ParkOn site you will find plenty to keep everyone happy, including fun pools, go karts, mini golf, football and many other things.
You will also find 2 show bars, the Mash and Barrel pub, Papa John’s Pizza, Cooks of Filey fish and chips and West Pier Restaurant for burgers and sandwiches.
There is also a launderette and Spar shop on site, which sells a wide variety of products.
