Caravan Description
We have a large 39ft x 12ft, Willerby Bermuda, 3 bedroom, double glazed caravan on Eastgate Caravan Park (Fantasy Island).
The spacious lounge has a 32 inch flat screen TV with in-built Freeview. Off the lounge is a large 10ft x 5ft balcony with table and chairs, plus outside lighting.
The kitchen is well fitted with full size gas cooker, integrated fridge, microwave and electric toaster. Crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils for a maximum of 6 people are also provided.
The toilet and shower room are separate, with a larger than average shower.
Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. You will need to supply your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Bookings
As this is our family holiday home we take bookings from families only.
We require a £75 bond on booking. This is non refundable on cancellations, but will be refunded a few days after your holiday if there are no damages.
Please note that only one parking pass is issued per booking.

About the Area
We are located on Eastgate Caravan Park, which is beside Fantasy Island and Eastgate market, and just a few minutes walk from the beach. All the shops, pubs and amenities are a couple of minutes walk away.A bus stops just across the road from the Park, which runs frequently into Skegness.
