Caravan Description

Our caravan has a double and a twin bedroom, plus additional sleeping arrangements for a further 2 people using the under sofa bed.

There is a well fitted and stocked kitchen with all new appliances for 2013. There is a full size gas cooker and a fridge with a freezer compartment.

The shower room includes a sink and toilet.

There is ample storage within shelving and cupboards throughout the caravan

The price of your holiday includes gas and electricity, but the passes needed to use the swimming pool and entertainment areas are NOT included; these are available to purchase at Reception directly from Haven, the park owners.

We are pleased to offer long term lets at reasonable prices for people working locally. Special terms available, please ask.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Your provisional booking will be held for 7 days, during which you will need to pay a holding deposit of £100 which is non-refundable.

4 weeks prior to your stay you will be required to pay the balance, plus a £50 security deposit.

If you make a booking 4 weeks or less before the date of your stay the full amount will be payable along with the security deposit.

The security deposit is additional to the cost of your holiday, but refundable at the end of your stay after the caravan has been checked for breakages or damage. If any damage or breakage, or evidence of smoking or pets is found the £50 will be retained.

Haven stipulate that only couples or families may stay on site, so no single sex groups or under 21's are allowed.

The person booking the caravan must be over 21 and present during the stay.

Any unreasonable behaviour may result in your party being asked to leave immediately with no refund being given.

The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation prior to full payment being made, all you would lose is the £100 deposit. Once full payment has been made you would be refunded 50% of the holiday cost plus the £50 security deposit, unless cancellation is within 14 days of arrival in which case only the £50 security deposit will be refunded. It is advisable to have your own insurance to cover this scenario.

Location

The caravan is situated on the Caister Beach area of the park and as the name suggests, is near the beach.

It is close to the popular Seagulls clubhouse, bingo and takeaway food stall, as well as a launderette and children's play area. The main complex is within easy walking distance.

The Park offers direct access to a large sandy beach and our caravan is just a few minutes walk from this.

On site there is a heated pool with flume, slides and bubble pool. There is also a sauna, Learn to Swim sessions, water walkers, inflatables, aqua jets and aqua gliders.

There are a variety of outdoor activities on offer, including playgrounds for the children around the park.

Charges may apply for some activities and facilities - please check with Reception if in any doubt.

There is also a convenience shop on site hosting bakery, off licence, sundries etc., as well as a launderette, hairdressers, gift shops and a photo shop.

Eateries on site include Papa John's pizzas (eat in, take away or delivered to your caravan), a fish and chip shop and the Mash and Barrel lounge/bar/café.

Entertainment includes 2 showbars. As this is a family site children are catered for with entertainment, but see reception for details.

Off Site

Bus stops to Yarmouth and other local attractions are conveniently located just outside the Park.

Great Yarmouth offers a Pleasure Beach, a Marina Centre, cinema, and greyhound and horse racing venues.

Pleasurewood Hills theme park is just a few miles away as is Bewilderwood, another themed park ideal for days out with the family.
