Caravan Description
This Carnaby Casablanca (2011 model) has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) as well as a double pull-out folding bed in the living room; sleeping between 6/8 persons.
The caravan is very luxurious with plush soft furnishings and a dining area with a table and four chairs. It also has a door from the living room out onto the veranda in order to make the most of the space provided. With the added bonus of a large TV with surround sound, it really is a home from home.
It is available to rent for full weeks (Saturday to Saturday) and mid-week breaks (Monday to Friday).
Located in one of the best spots on the park, the caravan has:-
Double glazing, gas central heating, a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin, a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, fridge, gas hob.
A large living/dining room, Large TV with surround sound, DVD/Blu ray player, iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, a gas fire in the living/dining area, a private secure decked veranda.
The caravan is situated within a 5 minute walk of all amenities, as well as the beach path leading you to the fabulous Black Rock Sands, blue flag award winning beach.

This caravan is privately owned and has a no smoking policy inside the caravan.
We do not allow pets.

Bookings
Please be advised of the following Greenacres Park bookings policy.
Bookings by persons of 21 years of age or younger, whether for couples or groups and whether single sex or mixed, are not accepted.
Greenacres also reserve the right to not accept single sex bookings of any age. They may apply discretion in certain circumstances.
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure the holiday booking. The balance of the holiday to be paid six weeks before the holiday commences.

About the Area
On site faciltiies include a heated indoor pool as well as a baby pool. Pool activities include, Learn2Swim, Aqua Gliders, AquaJets, Pool kayaking, Turbo Paddlers and Water Walkerz. Tere is also an outdoor splash zone.Greenacres also offer plenty to keep all the family entertained from dusk till dawn, from an: amusement arcade and adventure playground to mini 10-pin bowling, 9-hole pitch & putt (equipment can be hired), pool tables and an all weather sports pitch.
(Please note some of the above activities require passes that can be purchased on site as they are not included in the cost of the rental).
After the sun goes down there is always a big night guaranteed from comedy and variety acts to discos, live music and stage shows in the Show Bar. The choice is up to you.
The site also offers the following:
Convenience store, off-licence, bakery, launderette Cook’s Fish & Chips, Mash & Barrel Lounge-Bar-Cafe. Both Cook’s and Mash & Barrel are highly recommended.
Local Area
Greenacres Caravan Park is situated on Black Rock Sands Beach and next to Snowdonia National Park.
The caravan park is also close to Porthmadog (approximately 2 miles), Porthmadog Golf Course, Ffestiniog Railway, Portmeirion Italiante Village, Criccieth Castle and many other interesting areas to visit.
There is also an information pack / leaflets provided in the caravan.
