Caravan Description
This 2010, gas central heated and double glazed caravan is sited on Primrose Valley's premier area of 'Rose View' with magnificent, unobstructed sea views of Filey Bay looking to the north, and Flamborough Head to the south. Rose View lies only 2 minutes from the path down to the beach!
There is a lovely large decking are with patio table and chairs to sit and relax and enjoy the view.
In front of the caravan is a large lawned area for picnics and barbeques.
The lovely large sitting room, with fantastic views out over the bay, has a modern contemporary layout with large seating area, and comes complete with large flat screen TV.
3 bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for 6 people (travel cot can be provided when requested).
Two toilets are provided; the family bathroom incorporates a shower.
There is a hallway with storage cupboards and wardrobes in all three bedrooms with storage space.
Other features include an open plan living room with modern dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and full size gas cooker with double oven

About the Area
This is Haven's five star flagship site in the north of England. The facilities are extensive with plenty to do for all the family, along with quiet areas if you just want to enjoy a pub style meal and a drink.On site you can find cafe bars and restaurants including a Starbucks coffee house, Chinese restaurant, pizza restaurant and a grill. There are also fast food restaurants serving fish and chips or hamburgers including a Burger King.
There are two outside heated swimming pools, along with an indoor pool.
Other facilities include rock climbing, zip wire, abseiling, rifle shooting, archery, trampolining, go karts, to name but a few. There are also tennis courts, kids playgrounds, a funfair and pitch and putt crazy golf. At Lakeside there is fresh water fishing and boating lake surrounded by beautiful landscaped park.
Beach access is a 5 minutes walk from the complex.
Local Area
The site has a bus service which leaves regularly to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough.
Filey is a 15-20 minutes stroll down the beach or by car is about 5 minutes to well stocked supermarket and other amenities.
Primrose Valley is conveniently situated between Bridlington to the south (10 minutes drive) and Scarborough to the north (15 minutes drive); all with good beaches and local attractions.
Filey is a well placed base to visit local attractions such as Scarborough Sea Life Centre and Flamingo Land as well as York, and the North York Moors.
Flamborough Head lighthouse and Bempton Cliffs Bird Sanctuary are nearby with sea caves to explore.
Whitby Abbey, Pickering and Goathland, the famous steam engine of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Castle Howard, Sewerby Hall gardens and zoo, York Minster, York Castle Museum, Jorvik Viking Centre as well as theatres, cinemas and local restaurants are all within easy reach.
