Welcome to our recently refurbished Gold Standard chalet situated at Carmarthen Bay Holiday Village, between the towns of Llanelli and Carmarthen.

This popular holiday park is ideally situated for visiting places such as Saundersfoot, Tenby, 0akwood Park, Folly Farm, Pembrey Country Park, Pendine and many others too numerous to mention. Locally there are a number of pubs and inns serving good quality Welsh food at reasonable prices.

Accommodation

The chalet is modern, comfortable and inviting and is an ideal place to relax and wind down after a day's activities. Alternatively, you can step through the large French doors and enjoy the beautiful views over the bay.

The detached chalet is situated in a quiet area just yards from the beach with spectacular, uninterrupted waterfront views of Carmarthen Bay. It has a patio and spacious green area for children to play.

There are three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and drawers, the second bedroom has twin beds and drawers, and the third bedroom has bunk beds and cupboards. Hangers and bedding is supplied. All bedrooms have heating.

The bright, airy and spacious living room area contains electric heaters, TV, and music system with a selection of books and board games.

The kitchen is compact with a new cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and all kitchen utensils and dishes, plus an iron. Outside you will find a patio table, chairs,

A visitors guide is provided in the chalet, but in the near locality (maximum half hour drive) you will find:

Kidwelly Castle, Pembrey Country Park and Cefn Sidan Beach, Motor Sports Centre, Pembrey, Kidwelly Industrial Museum, the market towns of Llanelli (market day Thursday) and Carmarthen (market day Wednesday and Saturday) indoor and outdoor markets specialising in Welsh produce.

The National Botanic Garden of Wales, The Gwili Steam Railway, Caws Nantybwla farmhouse cheese, Millennium Coastal Park and cycle path, National Wetlands Centre, Aberglasney Gardens, golf, fishing and water sports, exploring the rock pools when the tide is out, picking shell fish off the beach (cooking guide in each chalet), shell collecting, Llansteffan Castle, cruise around the West Wales Coast from nearby Burry Port, Leisure Centres at Carmarthen and Llanelli, gymnasium and health clubs.

The Pembrokeshire Coast (as viewed from the front of the chalet), the seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot, boat trip to Caldy Island from Tenby, Oakwood Coaster Country Park, The Dinosaur Park, Heatherton Sports Park.
