Caravan Description
This is our holiday home and as such is better equipped than standard commercially owned caravans. Our haven for relaxing out of the main holiday season, but a fantastic place for a family holiday.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers (plus TV point). Second bedroom has a wardrobe, two shelves, single beds that can be pushed together. Other sleeping facilities can if required be accommodated in the lounge area and are suited to children.
The lounge has a Freeview TV, DVD/CD player, plenty of seating with a fold away dining table and chairs to match. There are also a couple of children's board games, books and a tourist information folder.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob/oven, microwave, electric kettle and fridge. A host of pots/pans, cutlery, plates and the essential bottle opener.
Outside there is a table, BBQ. Garden chairs, beach toys and leisure items all stored in the two external units.

About the Area
Harlyn Sands is a family owned park. The facilities for children are always highly recommended, entertainment is provided during the holiday season during the day and early evenings to keep children occupied giving parents a little time to themselves. There is a clubhouse providing evening entertainment for adults which again I am informed is usually of a high standard. Restaurant facilities are available together with a take away which offers food at competitive prices. An indoor swimming pool with separate child's pool is a fabulous facility. The on site shop caters for immediate needs and more if required having daily fresh bread and pastries delivered from an award winning local bakery. There is a launderette on site.A stones throw away is a private beach leading onto Harlyn Sands Bay, both of which are known to be clean and offer excellent views with access to the N.T. coastal path.
Trevose golf club is a 5 minute walk away; St. Merry village is 5 minutes by car with shops, supermarkets and a family pub.
Padstow is 10 minutes by car, offering a wealth of shops and facilities for you to enjoy.
Newquay, Truro, the Eden project are all easily accessible. There are lots to see and do around Harlyn Sands and further afield if you wish to explore.
