Caravan Description
The caravan is a 35ft x 10 Atlas Moonstone, and has electric panel heaters installed in the bedrooms It is an older caravan, but in very good condition for its age, and this is reflected in the prices I charge, most guest who comment state that is good value for the money.
The caravan is situated on 24 Willow Way, only a short distance from the main entertainment complex, yet far enough away so not to suffer from noise problems. It is also very close to the site launderette.
Mains electricity is provided. Gas is by twin calor gas type bottles with an auto-changer.
The accommodation comprises: -
A lounge/dining area which is light and spacious with gas fire, sofa, dining table, coffe table, lage flat screenTV, DVD player, stereo radio and CD player.
A modern kitchen with gas cooker, sink, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric toaster and various cupboards, and with plenty of workspace, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery to comfortably cater for up to 6 persons.
Shower room with vanity hand basin, heated towel rail, cupboard and toilet.
Hall area with cupboard housing gas water heater.
1 double bedroom with dressing table, built-in wardrobe, drawers and over the bed storage. 2nd bedroom with twin beds, built in wardrobe vanity unit and cupboard., 3rd bedroom with one single, and one bunk bed suitable for a child up to about 14 years of age, plus built in cupboard.
Also provided; free gas and electricity, duvets, pillows, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, selection of children's DVDs and games.
Bed linen with beds made on arrival, is included for all bookings.
A deposit of £50 per week is all that is required to secure a booking, and the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday starts.

About the Area
Primrose Valley is one of Haven's Premier sites, and is referred to as 'Haven's Biggest Splash in the North'. It offers non-stop activities and entertainment for all.On site amenities include:
Direct beach access, climbing walls, funfair, go karts, mini golf, abseiling, mini fencing, football, judo, archery, tennis, fishing and a boating lake.
Large multi level heated pool complex with funpools and Slash Zone, a second heated indoor swimming pool, heated outdoor pool, water dodgems, Aqua Jets, Surf Rider and Water Tots.
There are also 2 showbars, a sports bar, Starbucks Coffee Shop, 2 cafe bar and grills, Burger King, fish and chip shop, convenience store with bakery, off licence and gift shop, launderette and Rory Store.
There is also a Chinese restaurant less than a 5 minute walk from the Park.
And if all that is too much for you, there are plenty of places to visit out and about such as:
Whitby Abbey, Sea Life Centre, Eden Camp, Flamingo Land, Castle Howard, Sewerby Hall, Gardens and Zoo, York Minster, York Castle Museum, Jorvik Viking Centre, The North York Moors, which cover 553 sq miles (including Goathland, where ITV's Heartbeat is filmed.
Buses run regularly from the site to nearby towns and there are also day trips run from the site.
Funworks Entertainment Passes are not included in the price.
The caravan can be booked Saturday to Saturday, and at off peak times Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday.
