Caravan Description

Atlas Dynasty Super, 2008 model, 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan with full central heating and double glazing, located near the swimming pool and entertainment complex.

It is also just ten minutes from the sea, and nestles amongst the hills of the beautiful Dorset countryside.

The caravan can sleep eight, in one double and two twin rooms, plus the sofa in the lounge which converts into another double bed.

It has a large shower room with a toilet and wash hand basin, and a separate toilet with sink.

The comfortable lounge has a sofa and separate chair, a flat screened TV with built in DVD player and Freeview (there are wi-fi connections on the site). The lounge also has patio doors leading out to a veranda.

There is a family table with six chairs and two stools next to the galley kitchen, which is fully equipped and includes an eye level cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave.
Quilts and pillows are provided, as well as iron and ironing board.

Gas and electric are also included in the price.

1/ all bookings are from Saturday 3pm arrival to 10am Saturday on the departure day.

2/ the occupier will be held responsible for any loss or damage of equipment during their stay

3/ only persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the caravan or the insurance is invalid

4/ the lead person on the form must be over 21 at the time of booking

5/ if any person of your party displays anti social behaviour ,your whole party could be evicted from the park by haven with no compensation

6/ we cannot accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which any of your party sustain

7/ we are unable to accept bookings from all male or all female groups.

8/ deposits of 100.00 peak weeks and 50.00 low season ; the balance paid four weeks prior to the holiday start date. If the balance is not received by this date we will assume you no longer want the caravan so it may be re-let

9/ deposits are not refundable due to cancellation unless we are able to re-let the caravan

10/ we are unable to accept liability for noise created by workers, other campers, caravan movement

11/ pets and smoking are not allowed in this van to avoid damage.

It is a very nice caravan and I want everyone to enjoy their holiday in it so please treat it with respect thank you entertainment passes are required to access the fun works complex, these are not included in the price but can be purchased on arrival or I can organize them for you.
